As a budding property developer my previous plasterer let me down on my last project, so I was on the market for a new plasterer. I took a chance on Elvis, and boy am I glad I did! His work is among the best plastering finish I have seen. His patience and attention to detail are second to none. And his word was his bond, as he stuck to all the schedule we agreed. No less importantly, his price for the project was fair and reasonable. I have finally found a plasterer for all future projects, and will enthusiastically recommend Elvis to anyone in need of a good, reliable plasterer.

I’m so happy that I chose harri to do my job, he is an amazing and reliable person.. he also did make sure I was happy with job, and he did not ask fir any advance money fir the job, he said once it’s all completed then il pay him, which I was very impressed with, because I have had builders ask for advance first on small jobs.. I will definitely call harri again to do other jobs, and will highly recommend him..

I have used Mo for a number of jobs around my house, ranging from a full kitchen installation to electrics, plumbing and various jobs. He is a fantastic all rounder which is very useful instead of having to have 5 different guys come in and do individual tasks. Apart from his amazing skill set, he is a genuinely sound guy, and wouldn't cut corners like some other people have done in the past. Would totally recommend him for any job.

First of all I am a professional landlord. I needed to find a new electrician as my last one that had I had been using for the last 12 years was becoming painfully unreliable. In the past I would only use NICEIC electricians. The quotes I received from mybuilder.com were from one extreme to the other extreme. For some reason I decided to take on Mehdi from M F Building Services, it may have been because he was registered with Napit & that he did not have any feedback what so ever, my thinking for this was I'm sure he is going to be good & reasonable to get on the ladder with feedbacks. His quote was not the cheapest but fair. He produced his badge and insurance both of which I have copies for my records. (I also checked him out with Napit registration.) In the past I would only use NICEIC electricians but I have read about Napit and have seen it growing over the last few years. Anyway back to the job and feedback for Mehdi . His price was accepted for the job. Mehdi gave me a date and time and arrived 10 minutes early. The job was completed and an invoice and Napit minor works certificate supplied. After this I asked Medhi if he could do an electrical safety test for one of my properties that was becoming due. Again date and time was kept and the test carried out and a Napit Safety Certificate supplied. As a person/electrician he is friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. I have today given his number to one of the managing agents that I deal with.

Excellent service from We Fit Boiler. The team were punctual, professional and very easy to deal with. They reacted quickly, explained the options clearly and managed to complete the work to a high standard while keeping the cost very reasonable. I was particularly impressed with how tidy they were during and after the job. They worked carefully, respected the property and left everything clean. They were also very flexible when some changes were needed, which made the whole process much easier. The price was competitive, the workmanship was excellent and the end result was exactly what I needed. I would confidently recommend We Fit Boiler to anyone needing boiler or plumbing work. John Wardle and his crew did a magnificent job on our bath and shower rooms. We took a chance on Johnny, as being new to My Builder he didn’t have any reviews. Johnny’s assurance that he only did one job at a time was a big plus. Johnny tackles everything with an engineer’s eye. Our bathrooms job turned out to be far more difficult than first thought. Our very quirky stable conversion, last updated decades ago, was challenging. Once the work started it was discovered that the old Velux windows in the bathroom had been secretly leaking behind the tiles for years causing water damage to the joists and walls. A sheet of glass was discovered sandwiched in the stud wall and tiles had been tiled on top of tiles! It was very distressing to see walls, floors and ceilings having to be torn down to fix the problems, but it was comforting to know that Johnny and his crew knew exactly how to do the best restoration job. Johnny contracted in electricians and a heating engineer and organised things so that everything ran smoothly. Everyone worked really well together. All those working in our house were a pleasure to have around: they worked hard, were respectful and friendly. Having confidence in those doing the work made a potentially unbearably stressful situation a lot easier to cope with. We now have a fantastic bathroom and shower room which exceed our original expectations. We are very grateful to John Wardle and his crew and have no hesitation in highly recommending them.
