  I first started working for Beazers in 1982 and spent 10 years there gaining a lot of experience through my work, then decided to branch out on my own through being self employed. I've since spent 25 years working on a self employed basis for a property developer/landlord. Work entailed is refurbishing and preparing painting properties to a high standard.

  Andrew was quick to reply to my post. He let me know he was running late and would be delayed. Later that day he carried out my smallish job efficiently and well for a very reasonable price. Andrew is courteous and friendly. I would happily hire him again.

  At First Wesley who 'project managed' seemed really great and we got on very well I thought. The project has not been an easy one with monies being delayed on my part, difficult neighbour, Co-vid and me asking lots of questions I will admit to that. However if I am paying 105k I am entitled to ask lots of questions in my opinion and should be made to feel comfortable doing so. If it is too much for them they can ask me politely to put it all in 1 email. I was not that present at the start of the project and I have been since June and they have not liked it and now I know why. These men have now walked off with £87,500 of my money and left my house in a complete state. Rubble everywhere, no roof, walls or anything and a complete mess. Since they left I have realised how poor and lazy the work is as have many other tradesmen and surveyors. They have carried out substandard work. I do not even think it will pass regs. Beer cans found and no toilet onsite so using my garden... They got aggressive and shouted at me which is also not acceptable! I understand people have their differences and may not get on but it is no way to treat someone especially not your client. They have done awful work, started many parts and not finished 1. It's all over the place. Stolen my money and run off. 5 months work and it looks as if they have only spent 2 months on it. These men have committed serious Fraud, do not use them EVER. Empty promises, substandard work and aggressive.

  I selected Darren of Kitson Electrical to install a new dining room light in our newly purchased house. Darren is a very friendly and professional chap, I am extremely happy with the work carried out and would certainly not hesitate in recommending his services to others. I will definitely be calling on Darren again for any other jobs that crop up as we settle into our new home.

  Brendon did an amazing job of our large hallway stairs and landings, which included ceilings. We had wallpaper removed from all of these areas and then walls prepped for painting, he was a complete perfectionist and the walls were amazing by the time he had finished with them! This is a victorian house so I was not expecting we would get anywhere near the finish we got. The space has been transformed and Brendon was excellent with being patient and helpful over my numerous paint colour dilemmas! Brendon and his team were extremely polite, friendly and professional. He cleaned up every night and throughout the day and worked non stop all day, many cold cups of tea :) I have already got 3 people who will be using Brendon in the future based on the work he has done here. So highly recommend and will use him again without hesitation. I have to say I was very surprised to see a negative review below, not my experience at all and would recommend you get him to quote as he was also very competitive.

  Loft Conversion- 17 May 2016

  Nic's team were awesome. Very high quality of work, cleanliness and communication. Nic went above and beyond many times, working with me to achieve what I wanted. My house is now fully transformed with a brand new beautiful loft conversion with ensuite. Would definitely be using jigsaw again for any more work i might need done.
