Absolutely first class job, kept in touch brilliantly from start to finish and all the team were lovely to have in the house! They all worked really hard and organised extra things I thought of half way through with no problem at all and they put so much effort into keeping the house as clean as possible too. Great team, they did a good job on painting a room and putting on the wallpaper, they cleaned as they went along. Not every job is straight forward and it was the same with this one which Costel and Marian managed to do there best an got it to a goo state. Marian is very good and has an eye for detail and a perfectionist. Defo would recommend

I can sum up the service, knowledge & completed work in one word ...... Excellent! Daniel & his brother were very professional & courteous at all times. I was particularly pleased they discovered the root cause of our problem, which another plumber did not find or consider on 3 separate visits. I would highly recommend these plumbers & will save their number for future reference.

Outstanding! Dave exceeded all expectations. It was a small job, but was done perfectly, to our highest satisfaction. Dave was punctual, tidy and worked hard to deliver against a deadline. He also returned post the work to finish some work a previous tradesman had left incomplete, and wouldn’t take payment for this additional task. Couldn’t recommend Dave enough if you have similar work needed. I’ll almost certainly think of him first for any future similar work.

After hiring Petru, it was very clear from the offset of the project that he was a very patient individual with high attention to detail and a good listener. As a individual who pays great attention to detail myself, it was very important to me that I received this same level of service from the person hired to work for me, I was not disappointed with Petru. He listened to all I had to say, answered all questions before and during the project and was not satisfied until I was more than 100% happy with the job that was done. After conversations with Petru it was a much better idea to replace the posts instead of correcting their vertical line as they were not straight along the entirety of the row of posts. He was so meticulous with the work that he also impressed my neighbors, so much so that 2 of them hired him for other works within their homes. This was also the same for me. I rehired Petru to build and complete a patio in the garden with a soak-away. Once again I was very impressed with his attention to detail and charisma whilst completing this project for us. He made sure at every step we were happy with his work and the way the Patio was being shaped and constructed. We only have good things to say about Petru as he went above and beyond my expectations. He worked rain or shine and always had a smile. I'm happy to say that he is my builder going forward for other jobs in the future and I am happy to personally recommend him to anyone else should they require it.

My partner and I invited Ionas Property Developers to quote on a fairly extensive renovation and redecoration project on our home in August, 2016. Our budget was limited, as was our time schedule, but above all, we were looking for a candidate with whom we could have a collaborative working relationship, this being a project we had a huge personal investment in. We were impressed and struck with Greg’s professional and punctual presentation on our first meeting. Unlike a number of other contractors interviewed, what set Greg apart was his ability to listen and take on board our brief, which was highly design - driven. He was also open to discussing our budget limitations and from the outset inspired complete trust that he would be able to balance our expectations and our budget without compromising on the quality and finish we required. Based on this strong first impression, we hired him. Working around hugely disruptive delays from some other suppliers, Greg and his team delivered the work to a standard that far exceeded our expectations and managed to complete within a tight schedule, with only minor and justifiable adjustments to the initial budget. We were 100% thrilled with the results. I can without a shadow of doubt recommend Ionas. Behind the true craftsman with an obsessive eye for detail and finish, there is also a thoughtful, insightful and considerate family man. This will make him our first and only choice for any future projects. A true find.

Can't recommend Gabriel highly enough and could tell from the beginning that he takes a real pride in everything he does. Did a great job putting up some coving with tricky angles and was even kind enough to fix a bannister that had been wobbly for the 7 or so years we've lived here! Thank you Gabriel
