DO NOT USE THIS COWBOY HE CAN'T TILE OR GROUT. Very sharp edges left on metal trim, cut thumb badly washing off excess grout left on face of the tiles. Bad grouting, lots of gaps left in corners and all along top edge at length & both ends of bath, big holes left where you can put your fingers down them. 2 cracked tiles left around sink. Sink was moved out due to excessive tile fix and refitted so badly there are holes around tap fittings you can see the floor water drips through. No tile adhesive on wall just around edges of tiles.Tiles protrude 2mm or 3/4inch. Corner tiles butt fitted on top of each other. Cupboard unfinished as Arek unable to fit door HE made to cupboard HE fitted and told me it was because MY wall was not straight? Arek Builders pictures on this site are fakes. Nothing like the job he did at my house. 4 months later I still have no working bathroom. I have to now undertake this re tiling job myself as I cannot afford to lose any more money. I am a 61 year old pensioner and I know I can do a better job of the tiling but wanted to pay someone else to do it quickly especially removing and disposing of the old tiles which Arek Builders left in a very untidy state outside my front window with his own unwanted items. Is this normal? I think not. Everyone who sees my bathroom are disgusted when I say it took 3 days and the workman has 28 years of experience. Only used MyBuilder because they say every workman is thoroughly vetted. Obviously not.

Paul at AM2PM Electrical Solutions was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He upgraded our fusebox and was incredibly meticulous about doing everything properly and neatly. You can tell he really cares about doing the job right, taking the time to investigate and properly understand the existing system rather than rushing through it. Communication was also surprisingly excellent… especially for an electrician! Always kept us updated and explained everything clearly. Everything was fully certified and documented properly too, which gave real peace of mind. He’s also extremely friendly so not at all uncomfortable having him work in the house. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and genuinely professional electrician.

Julian and his team did a great job. Very attentive and knowledgeable, bringing pragmatic solutions as the work unfolded. Communication from Julian was excellent! An in-depth update was received each evening. The plan we were given for the project was exactly what happened. When we expected his specialists to be there, they were there. Very trustworthy. We have already asked for Julian's help in Spring '25, to solve some other issues we have. I would like to say thank you to Julian for a super job!
