Having my hubby poorly I have had to find help to do jobs around the home and finding the right person to work inside our home has been a good experience. We employed Ian and he has just painted our tired kitchen over 2.5 days...lovely honest guy whose quote was on a parr with others received. We felt comfortable leaving Ian to the job and this was carried out in a clean, tidy and orderly manner. Feel assured if you employ Ian you will be impressed with his work and attitude. Highly recommended - Chris re-configured our fitted kitchen to accommodate new built in ovens and warming drawers, included re-locating in-built fridge-freezers. Chris was prompt in arranging a quote and came on time to do the job - he arranged an electrician to work alongside him and everything was done on-time and to a high standard. He was polite and very conscientious, completing the work in a long day and cleared up afterwards. Would use and again and recommend without reservation.

Steve came out at the beginning of May to install a stud wall, insulate, plasterboard then plaster. Steve was brilliant, he turned up early and then stayed late to get the job finished. He cleaned up after himself, swept and hoovered up, he even offered to buy a mop but I told him that wasn't necessary. The quality of Steve's finish is excellent, it's painted up lovely. He's also a real nice bloke. I'm getting back in the summer to plaster my ceilings. I'd have no problem in recommending Steve to friends and family.

This is a house refurbishment and Damon is going the extra mile to ensure that we are completely satisfied and achieve our requirements. All areas left clean and tidy upon completion. I hired Glen to completely renovate the downstairs shower and this was a great success. He took great care over the entire project, communicated well over all the details, and finished the job quite quickly. I'm really happy with the end result, it looks great and was just what I wanted.

Colin and sons did a lovely job of our extension and Bill was fantastic with the electrical side of things and couldn't be more helpful with little jobs we asked him to do and some that were suggested however, our kitchen installation was not finished to a good standard, the tiling on the kitchen floor is uneven and has created a trip hazard for us in places. The kitchen itself cost far more than estimated and we didn't really get what we wanted as it seemed to be a pay as you go situation which we didn't really understand properly at the beginning (i.e. potentially having to wait weeks for some stock) and as there was no stock on the shelf of the kitchen we wanted, Colin told us what we could and could not have. If we had realised that this was the way Colin works, we would have ordered the kitchen much earlier so that the stock was there when needed. On hindsight, I wish we had used a kitchen specialist to provide and fit the kitchen as we had received a quote for everything we wanted before we hired Colin which cost less but for ease and because he said he could do it we also gave this job to him. Colin had a new job to go to towards the end of the build and we feel that this took priority over our kitchen installation which was a shame as he rushed to finish it and as a result, some jobs did not get finished to a good standard or finished at all in some cases. The extension, brilliant but the kitchen and installation very disappointing.
