I can’t thank Will and his team enough. Will kept me informed of the progress of the delivery of materials and gave me a completion date as soon as he could. They arrived promptly on the day and the work itself looks excellent. They tidied up afterwards and offered to assist putting any furniture back in place. Price was competitive and included a couple of other small walls that needed skimming. I’d have no hesitation in recommending them.

Old artex ceilings in bedrooms, hallway stairs and landing skimmed to flat with a high standard, finished off and decorated white to a high standard. A bedroom was given a full redecoration too, going from a faded, outdated look, to a crisp modern one. I am very happy with the work and everything is to a high standard.

I had a very disappointing experience with NTB Plumbing and Heating. The project, originally meant to take 1-2 weeks, dragged on for 2 months. While Nathan did excellent plumbing work, the tiling, grouting, and silicon were poorly done, as if it was their first time. Tom’s behavior was extremely unprofessional and aggressive. When I requested to delay final payment to check for leaks, he became abusive, threatening to smash the bathroom, terrifying my family. Despite their 12-month warranty claim, a leak started within a month, and they have since ignored my calls. I provided all the materials and even my own tools, but they wasted a lot of resources, using incorrect tools and causing damage. I now have to pay extra to fix the leak. While Nathan’s plumbing was solid, the overall experience was terrible due to poor quality, wasted materials, and Tom’s alarming conduct. Be cautious if you choose to work with them.

Fantastic! We liked Ervin immediately when he came to quote for the job and he's been brilliant throughout. He was reasonable on price and very honest with all materials during the process. We couldn't be happier with the end result as his attention to detail is very strong. So much so that we have already asked Ervin to complete a number of other varied jobs for us including the utility room downstairs. We'll be using Al-Brit a lot more. Thanks again!

Needed a brick wall rebuild after it was blown over during recent storms. Jake not only called but attended the venue within 24hrs of posting the job. He give excellent advice re the new wall and is very knowledgeable when it comes to all things brick and mortar. Jake was always on time and worked hard all day sometimes staying til gone 5. The wall itself is really nice and some of the finishing touches that Jake suggested have made a big difference as the wall is as much a feature in our garden as well as being practible. I highly recommend Jake and I have already asked him to quote for further work.
