Great contractor and we have no hesitation is recommended them for hard and soft landscaping, internal alterations and general building work. They worked along side the other contractors coordinating the works, kept the working areas clean and tidy, liaised with the neighbours and took on the changes we made and all at a very competitive cost. We definitely be using them again.

  Bricklaying- 11 Apr 2018

Simon did a great job on all aspects of the work (re-plastering a wall that was part-uncovered to bare brick, fixing a substantial crack in internal brickwork, laying a hearth, and external re-pointing). He was lovely to work with, quick to respond to messages, punctual and very tidy. I would certainly recommend him. Thank you Simon!

Andy done a fantastic job installing 9 internal oak doors, was clean and tidy and left the house spotless.. He also came back to design and install an awkward shape door for the cupboard under the stairs which matched all the others perfectly, we are really pleased and they make the whole house look so much better. He quoted for the work and didn’t go over budget which was great, very good price and work done to a high standard. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and would definitely use him again when the need arises.

  Loft Conversion- 6 Feb 2017

Wayne is one of the most professional tradesmen/builders I've met. He's really good at his job and quite systematic and thorough. We got a loft extension and a rear kitchen extension done. He and his team started the job on the day promised and got the job done without any breaks in the project. Wayne was present on the site every single day and was very accomodative and flexible of any minor changes to plans we suggested. At each phase Wayne explained to us what was happening and how things would change and based on our feedback, would plan his work. He and his team would start promptly everyday and leave the place neat and tidy at the end of every day. One of the things that we liked was that we didn't have to move out of the house while the project was in progress. Wayne made sure there wasn't too much disruption and the place was still livable during the tenure of the project. He is easy to reach and kept our communication channel open. A couple of months after the project was finished, we had a minor issue that he promptly came and had a look at. In summary, I would recommend Wayne if you're looking for a professional.

Honest review - Not satisfied. Steve hardly listened to what we had asked for throughout the whole process. He ordered the wrong stuff before the job even started (we went for a Matt black finish) he turned up with standard silver stuff. Boxing in built isn’t square, the pipes didn’t line up with the radiator leaving us with one straight pipe and one wonky. Tiler had to redo work because Trims were fitted the wrong way round. I had to buy the trims on top myself because Steve did not communicate what we had discussed, so he turned up without black trims for tiles. Laying out on tiles weren’t as agreed, but was too late by the time we flagged it. Bath trim wasn’t fitted behind the bath panel, but couldn’t be changed because it would have meant pulling up the floor and getting the tiler back in. Plumbing for the shower in the loft caused a leak in our bedroom ceiling. Steve came back and fixed the pipes, said he’d send someone round to repair the ceiling (convo recorded) never came back!
