I suppose Andrew did a reasonable job of installing two radiators one in the kitchen and one in the bathroom. He also did a good job in installing the bath but the shower control panel stuck out further than we had planned for. He was supposed to return to fix a radiator valve which he damaged and repair minor faults in the bathroom sink but on his final day with us he was being extremly loud with his radio and as my wife was of work with the flu we asked if he could possibly turn it down a bit he took great offence to this and walked of the job he promised to come back but never did and doesnt answer any messages we sent to him. In answer to Andrews reply on March 10th doesnt he think that it would be more courteous to ask the owner of the house if it would be ok to have the radio on in there property first of all while he worked,we only asked him to turn the volume down! he promised to return to fix jobs he hadant completed but never did! we had no refund for the uncomleted work.

Couldn’t of asked for better informative communication. The porch looks even better than I could of imagined and I will most definitely be inviting Steve back for further work on our hallway floor and any Other form of tiling work. This review is 110% positive. The finish on the floor is amazing and Steve offered up some fantastic ideas for us. Such a pleasure to find a real tradesman who takes pleasure and pride out if his work.

Excellent service and work from David. Communicated well throughout the process, did everything he said he would do and the finished result was brilliant. My client is over the moon with the false chimney breast that David built around her new wood burning stove. I will use David again on future projects.

I’m very pleased with the work John from Silver City Roofing carried out for me after storm damage. He was prompt in coming to give me a quote and advice on the best option for repair. After awarding him the work, it was carried out very soon after the quotation, all the work was carried out and John and his team cleaned up and disposed of all waste. Reasonable cost and great profesional service. I’ve already asked for a further quote for repairing my guttering and suggested Silver City to my neighbours.

I have taken on this workman who gave me a estimate for work I signed a contract that only mentioned a deposit and nothing else A deposit of £500 was paid one month before The total cost of work was £4286 When Andrew the workman arrived on the first day he wanted another £1000 to buy materials to start work , we gave this to him, 4 days later he wanted another £1000 as another payment we paid him Today 1 week later he demanded another £1000 we gave him only £500 So he has had £3000 in total from a job costing £4286 He is now complaining that he has only received 58% and he should only be left with a payment at the end of 10% and this is law today I thought he arrived for work at 1030 , I was wrong only to collect his tools and leave. He has demanded another £500 (thats 3500) or he wont come back this time I refused, which i should have done from the start and he has gone with £3000 and the place looking like a war zone what an absoloute disgrace we will start court action but again more stress each day he arrived at 10.00am and finished at 3pm he did not work weekends Stay well clear of the conman avoid him like the plague we will inform trading standards tommorow

A complete idiot put up cameras one front and one back didn’t switch on couldn’t get padlock of bin so took off whole thing couldn’t do camera door bell so told me what one to get phoned and told him came told me that was not in with first order so said it would be £120 00 said that’s not on said how about £80.00Get lostjust a cowboy then you sent him to me 😡😡
