Hi am Andy I live in Cumbria I have done maintenance and handyman jobs for the last 5 years am reliable hard working and charge a fare price I do TV installation fit antennas in attic space fit TV brackets install Internet cable with in the home from one room to another router or device I install sume electrical outlets double or single sockets Mina ceiling pendent lights install electrical cookers and Mina repers I cover south lakes and as far as morcumebe and up to Whitehaven and cockermouth if u supply the items that need done I'll just charge for my time and labor I don't drive I u my motorcycle on a daily basis to travel from job to job I carry my tools for the different jobs types in my backpack I all so do sume plumbing work to such as cleaning and fixing to let wast pipes behind the loo and toilet cinstem repers and sink u bends washer machine installation and tumble dryer repair installing bathroom exterior fans I do small flat pack furniture but not big wardrobes tho I install out door lighting outside power sockets I reapear push bikes and do Mina cement work like laying down new steps or flags if u surpIiy the matirels I'll do the work my self and I like my customers to pay me cash in hand I all so charge a small deposit witch is non refundable for my time as lot of jobs get cancelled from the customer and I get charged for them a small deposit must be sent to me ver bank transfer if the job gets cancelled for eny reason wether its the customer or the builder then it's can't be refunded thank u
