Despite some initial positives, the project was ultimately marred by poor communication, unprofessional conduct & serious breaches of trust. We strongly advise against using Bluelime due to the stress, financial impact, & unresolved issues we faced. While kitchen & bathroom installations were OK & progressed quickly, Bluelime deviated from approved plans in a conservation area, causing compliance issues (estimated correction costs of £15–£20k). Heating & insulation were poorly installed, & second opinions confirmed our dissatisfaction. Communication broke down, with responses defensive and intimidating. Costs rose unexpectedly (e.g. door fitting from £1200 to £2640) & inflated quotes in later stages. The property wasn’t ready for move-in multiple times, disrupting our young family. Additional concerns included missing tools, ignored warranties, inconsistent workmanship & misleading claims about affiliations. We urge others to check Bluelime (Alton Campbell) on Companies House.

Mansour is extraordinary at his job. Not only is he very efficient but also has a great sense of responsibility. He doesn’t shy aware from assisting even weeks after the work he has completed is done. I had a faulty hose which was bought on Amazon, and yet Mansour took the efforts of bringing me a new one and installing it after 2 months of finishing the job he was hired for.

Girogi accepted the job very fast. He came also came next today to give a quote. Once quote was sent to me, I got back to him due course and agreed with the quote and a pending start date, however when I asked general question about what paint will be used or handles provided he started getting irritated and stated handles I need to supply which I found it strange, his reasons were customers choose their own. I stipulated that’s fine you can choose for me and I will cover the cost. The following day he was meant to start the job, he then send me an whatsap message to say he won’t take the job as his busy? This left me confused and baffled that he let me down last min. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Avoid avoid avoid at all cost.

Tom's actually one of the registered fitters for the natural wood flooring company, where we got our floor, which is why i hired him, he's got a website that shows he does a lot of high end work. The job he's done speaks for itself. He did a herringbone floor across two rooms, a landing, stairs and a large trap door. Paying close attention to the trap door, you'll notice the grain of every piece lines up as you move from floor to trap door. Really impressive work. Tom's friendly, communicative, straight forward to deal with, turned up when he said he would, dealt with the small issues (i didn't order enough floor) professionally and calmly, managed to work around the chaos of the rest of the renovation, finished on time, and the finish was great. Very pleased with the service provided by Atmosphere Interiors. From initial consultation and design stage to completion they were very patient as we were far from the easiest at making final decisions but they guided us and we could not be happier with the final complete project. Safdar's team helped to refurbish and decorate a 3-bed flat in Islington. I was asked by a friend, who lived abroad, to find somebody to work on the flat while it was empty. On the first walk-through, he was able to give loads of useful advice on how to refurbish within the budget I was given. We agreed a work plan, schedule and a price. I didn't have to oversee the project. His team were professional and stuck to the budget and time scale. For anyone who's ever had major work done, these two things are unheard of! Would recommend Safdar without hesitation.

Jonathan and his team did a great job of our kitchen refit, to a very tight deadline! Communication was prompt and Jonathan was at hand to answer the many questions we had when choosing our Kitchen online from Diy Kitchens. We had a small space to work with but found bespoke kitchens from London showrooms very pricey-in the end we went with DiyKitchens as an online cheaper, standardised option but Jonathan and his team were able to come up with solutions and modifications to fit our space and include features such as a boiling water tap. Installation went smoothly and was on time.
