'Nico' was one of the first tradesmen to reply to my advertisement, and after describing the problem (pigeons nesting in the guttering above my apartment and making an awful mess) he said that he could attend the same day (a Sunday) and fix the problem. He arrived at the time he said he would, and I found him to be a smart young man, who appeared to know what he was talking about, and after surveying the guttering found that it was blocked with pigeons mess and the gutter was full of water. He then gave me a fixed price (£100) to complete the job. Having cleared the blockage of mess he then took apart the guttering to release the water. He then filled the gap in the soffit where the pigeons were nesting and put up pigeon spikes to stop them from returning. All this was done on a cold windy Sunday afternoon, and the Job was left clean and tidy. I found 'Nico' to be very amiable and would certainly recommend him.

Armando was great to work with start to finish. Polite, punctual, organised and ensured there was no mess throughout the job. Work included removing old pointing, restoring broken and missing bricks and repointing. Excellent finish, the brick work looks brand new and we are very happy. I would recommend Armando to anyone and his work speaks for itself with several neighbours enquiring to get there brickwork redone from him after seeing ours. Thank you mate! R

Marios did my front dinning room and bathroom, his workmanship was at a very high standard, he was very prompt, professional and understood all my requirements, He had also tiled my kitchen a while back and I can say with confidence that he is the best. My tenant had an issue with toilet. I sent over a video of the toilet. He quoted me £120 plus parts. When he arrived there, the ball in the toilet was fixed but the handle of the toilet was not working . He charged another £140 for the handle. I thought he was going to come back another day to fix the handle but he had the part of the handle in his car. He basically charged me twice for the same work at the same time . Always ask him to come and see the job first before he can provide you a quote . Otherwise he will rip me you off like he did to me. Stay away from him or ask him to see the job first before quote. Ie I’ll report this to mybuilder as well. Basically, he charged labour twice for the job I had advertised.
