The guys were more human than just fencers ; they helped clear some trees and then installed the fence. Only advice is - be clear of what you want so they do not have to undo and correct things but they will do everything whole heartedly. Colours and quality of fence vary but decide whether you want to buy own material or have it supplied. The areas with concrete already can be challenging but they managed that very well and very neatly. They clear up the mess from either side and most importantly ; they will give you a good deal better price than most companies !

Alex provided a great service. He came round on time to view the job, gave a detailed and competitive quote and built the bathroom exactly to spec. He was keen to ensure I was happy with all aspects of the installation with regard to both materials and workmanship and even carried out some small additional activities not included in the original quote. He was polite, hard working and very experienced. He also cleaned up the house at the end of each day. I am really pleased with my bathroom and would thoroughly recommend him to anyone.

Positively, certain aspects of the finishing, particularly tiling, were carried out to a good standard. However, the overall experience was mixed due to significant issues. There were notable challenges during the project involving basic logistics and site management, leading to considerable inconvenience that seemed avoidable. Furthermore, the quality of workmanship was inconsistent; while some parts were good, other areas involving fittings and fixtures showed a lack of attention to detail in the finish, requiring later adjustments. Communication during the process could also be difficult, particularly regarding problem-solving and planning for materials. While we appreciated the parts done well, the project was let down by these inconsistencies and process issues, leading to some ongoing snagging and disappointment.

Matt and his colleague have done a superb job fitting our carpet in our newly bought house. We were really stressed out as all carpet stores were closed during Covid-19 lockdown but we found Matt few days before moving in. He responded very quickly, provided us the sample and did the measurement the day we posted on the website, supplied and fitted the carpet just few days after that. Carpets are very high quality for a super reasonable price. I can't be happier. Highly recommended.

On a cold November evening, Tony and his team turned up to provide a quote and within a week this was received. The quoted price came in the middle of the pile, which was a good start and aligned closely to the ballpark figure I'd received from a friend who was also in the trade. We then visited a site they were finishing off, and Tony had the confidence to ask us to speak to the client without him there and they gave us the confidence to proceed. They started in January 2020 and rapidly moved through the works and engaged closely with my architect, Structural engineer and building control and proceeded based on their recommendations strictly. We lived in the property as build progressed and the team ensured that the site was secure every evening and we were safe. As COVID-19 hit and we went into Lockdown, the team continued to come and work (we were separated from them as the house was boarded up) and the only challenge was getting supplies. Tony scoured all over London, picking up items as best as he could and work continued. Once they'd broken through into the old part of the house they continued to progress rapidly and showed utter professionalism. The team lead's attention to detail is impressive, and he gave great recommendations on what would be the right approach when we were laying out features such as window sizing and lighting. The standard of work is excellent and I would highly recommend them.

Job done quickly and well. The work was completed in the space of one morning which, I felt, made the labour costs – charged as in the estimate –slightly excessive. I would use this man again or would recommend him to others.

Sam and his team responded quickly and clearly The job was carried out quickly and efficiently. They responded well to all requests and were helpful with advice. left the area clear and tidy, removing all rubbish and materials used There was a little problem but this was mainly due to the lawn being laie just as heatwave started, but they responded immediately without any fuss and remedied.it I will definitely be asking them to do more work for me
