Tony is a meticulously clean workman with excellent decorating skills. He has just completed the hall, landing and stairs at my home and I could not fault his attention to detail in all aspects of his work. I have recently had my kitchen refurb completed by Fleetwoood and was really impressed with the result. We had the work done while we were away and walking in on our return was a real WOW moment. I was extremely impressed with Adrian's professionalism from the first contact. After arranging a visit, he turned up promptly and was very clear about what the company could do for us. We had an initial design within a week which had taken in to consideration our vision of the room. His design was very creative and included aspects we had not considered but which definitely enhanced the overall feel of the room once completed. There was no pressure to engage their services, it was left to me to contact them after the quote was provided. Once agreed and contracts signed, the kitchen was delivered within 3 weeks and the whole job completed within a week. Any extra bits of work identified after the contract was signed were completed at no extra cost to us. The quality of the work completed is to a high standard, the whole team, plaster, fitter, electrician and the worktops all done to an excellent spec. I would definitely recommend these guys and would use them again. Thanks to the whole team for my fabulous kitchen, I love it.

Big thank you to Billy. I had been experiencing issues with my electrics and had a few smaller electrical jobs that I needed doing too. He showed up on time as promised, was thorough with checking everything and explaining my options, and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. Really nice guy and great work. Would recommend.

Came to the location and did the job there and then. He said all it needs is a seal between the tiles and the lead coming down the valley. He cemented the lead valley and painted it with bitumen. Didn't seal either side of the lead where it meets the tiles. I asked for the flash band to be removed which they didn't do and painted over it. Took three people, a ladder and about 30 mins and charged quite a lot for the job and already had the stuff in the truck which I assume was paid for by another customer, but that's not an issue, wherever profit could be made I guess. It doesn't mean the job should be done carelessly. "Trust me, I know what I'm doing". He guaranteed the job and said he'll come back if it didn't stop the leak and if it didn't work the second time, then he will give a full refund. I did call him as the leak continued but after several messages of excuses started ignoring my request. Very keen for a review. So thanks very much for your help and honouring your guarantee.
