Marius is a delight to have worked for us. He is polite, tidy and very efficient and professional in his painting! He works late on weekends and was prepared to come back late in the evening to help move back our heavy sofa back in our dining/breakfast room once floor paint had dried. A very kind hearted gentleman who is willing to go that extra mile for you and he makes sure he is satisfied with his job before he leaves. He is easy to talk to and makes the time to talk to you when he's busy elsewhere. I would definitely be in touch with him for other painting tasks that arise in the future as no job is too big or too small for him to tackle! I would highly recommend him. Quite literally the worst tradesman I have ever worked within 25 years as a property developer! He came and quoted to paint my house (a good price I must say), little did I know that this meant he would spray everything that he can see, not prepare the surfaces by sanding them down or protects things. This included door handles, hinges, radiators, alarms sensors, tiles and my own furniture and cooking utensils. First time I confronted him about this he said that we would clean everything, and we agreed to carry own. However, it became apparent that we was doing the same as previously discussed. have paid hi 66% of what was agreed, I quickly realised that the damaged he has caused was going to cost me far more and I told him to leave. The next day he turned up at my house with his wife demanding the balance which I refused to give him, they were both shouting outside my house, threatening to call the police. I eventually agreed to pay the 50% of what was left, just so that they would leave. However, even once he had confirmed writing his acceptance of this, he walks over to me and threatened me one final time, saying that he will take me to court etc, there is god and he will see to me! I advise to stay away from this person, better to pay a little more and work with professionals who don't agree with one thing and do another. He paints using a spray, which means you can not touch anything up and he quite literally paints everything he sees!!

We recently had our roof replaced by Harry and the Top Choice Roofing team and are very happy with the results. They worked hard from early each morning and were meticulous throughout, replacing the tiles, battens, and roof lining to a high standard. They also removed an unused chimney, which has really improved the overall look of the roof. The team were friendly, professional, and easy to deal with, keeping us informed and leaving everything clean and tidy. The finished roof looks fantastic, and we’re extremely pleased with the workmanship and communication. Highly recommended.

Peter and Paul have done 2 custom made wardrobes for us, one of them requiring a bespoke solution for a wall bed we already had. The final result is looks great and has all the functions we wanted. They were very reliable and flexible, keeping with the time schedule and being open to last minute changes we requested and dealing efficiently with them. Also very good was the prompt treatment of our initial request to come over for a free quotation and after the visit we received the quote within only a few days. They are fast and clean and very pleasant to work with. We received great value for money and the budget was met, and if it was not this was due to us making last minute changes that required more or more expensive materials. Even when our additional wishes required more work than previously accounted for in the quote, Peter and Paul were committed to the prices they had given us. We are very pleased with the work they have done and we will definitely contact them for further jobs to be done in the future. I would recommend them 100%.

Tony and his team were phenomenal! Professional, courteous, reliable, tidy and quick. Tony's communication throughout the build was consistent, clear and precise. Tony really listened to me throughout the process; provided advice and options but most of all completed the project the way I needed it. The whole build went exceptionally smoothly, was finished ahead of schedule and on budget. Tony's workmanship is excellent and the final finish spot on. I was really worried about finding the right builder for my project... I simply could not have found better. I got several quotes from different providers and Tony's represented the best value for money. I highly recommend Lto builders, you will not be disappointed.
