Hi I’m a multi skilled engineer with a very wide understanding of most of the trade industries. My father was a builder so I grew up observing many aspects involved with the various construction processes for a diverse range of tasks From the age of 17 I decided I wanted to go into the lift engineering game. I completed an advance modern apprenticeship in lifts at the age of 21, which included (as a bonus side qualification) becoming a fully qualified electrician and electrical tester. After circa 13 years as a lift installation engineer I became a consultant overseeing new lift installations before commissioning. I have experience in restorations, indoors mostly to do with flooring, laying, sanding, levelling. and also exterior restorations such as repointing with different methods, London weatherstruck joint, flush joints, half round, recessed. all done with either sand and cement or lime. i can also carry out flat roofing jobs, fibreglass roofing, polyurethane roofing, completed with gutterings and downpipes. i am willing to travel anywhere in london for certain jobs and also out of london if need be. Its always been a habit of mine to keep the customer updated each step of the way and make sure they fully understand why each step of the process is necessary. i like to keep pictures of each stage of my work to avoid any confusion with clients, i price my work honestly and i want to see my clients happy. i am more than happy to provide clients with pictures of previous projects i have done if it helps them build trust.
