Shiloh was dedicated and his familiarity with carpentry came through. I was impressed that a paint job meant he had to travel afar to return the next day, but he committed to completing the work despite the fuel and time. Strong accountability, reliable.

What a great team! Muneeb and his team finished the job in time, turned my tired old bathroom into a wonderful new space. Price quoted was half what we were being quoted by others. Muneeb just focused on this job rather than many others who leave the customer waiting whist doing multiple jobs. All materials used are top quality and nothing was too much for him. **A good standard of workmanship for supply and fitting of four air bricks** The job was on a large double front Victorian town house in London. The scope changed due to last minute client change, from three air bricks to four which was competitively re-priced. Marian's communication was excellent and timely. Reference photos were provided and the builder has solid specialist experience in handling the products. He matched the mortar carefully. The job had several challenges including working at height, without power, and with no cavity in walls, Flemish brick bond. The job was completed within a few days of invitation on mybuilder. I would not hesitate to recommend Marian and his friend to anyone for specialist Victorian private work in the north London area.

Good quality tradesmen and materials used on all parts of the project. Some of his ideas actually made the solutions work better. The job did take quite a bit longer than originally planned - due to the workmen moving on to other tasks - but I guess that happens with businesses this size. Impressed by Luca's honesty and saying it how it is.

Joe was professional and wanted to visit to see the issue before quoting. This was appreciated as other quotes were provided without seeing the issue and as such were overpriced for the job at hand. Joe was very busy on a big job but managed to fit the repair of two sash windows in between which was very much appreciated. I would recommend Joe.
