This plumber is very inexperienced. I hired him after 4 days on the quote site as no other plumber responded. The stopcock was leaking and there was a water pressure noise which needed fixing. He seemed nice enough chap and I showed him the job. It took him 4 hours to fit a new stopcock and left the new water pressure gauge on the floor in the cupboard along with the earth wire unattached which he pulled out and left. He said he would come back within the week to finish it but when he came he made some excuse that something was needed and he couldn't do the pressure valve there and then. I asked him in the meantime to hang 2 small radiators for me, this was a big mistake. It took him 6 hours to hang these radiators and on top of that he knocked out my boiler which was working perfectly well and left us for nearly a week without hot water and heating, until I could afford to pay another plumber to come and rectify this. He also left my bathroom flooded and both radiators that he put on the wall were leaking. I paid him £130 for an unfinished job and overall having to call out another plumber to rectify all the mistakes he'd made, has cost me £352.00. I was told by the experienced plumber who came afterwards that the work that Ian Burns had done was dangerous and that he should be reported immediately and have a full refund of my £130.00. I'm furious with his man for costing me so much money at this time of the year for two very basic jobs, which he could NOT do.

Well satisfied with the service. Carpenter arrived on time and was very good with his experience. His correspondence was excellent. Work carried out on time all problems discussed and carried out without any bother and to my satisfaction. Would recommend them to any person requiring carpentry work. After inspection of work I found the quality of the wood wich was used for the shed was poor. The height of the shed had a serious safety problem the hieght was so low it obstructed persons passing along the side of shed. There was so many holes in the woodwork because the knots had fallen out. After the inspection I would not recommend this company unless they improve good quality materials. It worked out so expensive over £1300 for shed not worth more than £ Anyone who uses this company can view this work at any time.
