we hired them to fit our kitchen cabinets. done well with first part, but had to stop the work due to the wall not align with the units. we had paid them almost all the agreed amount, except £ 50.00. we have contacted them once adjusting the wall. but, they did not come back to complete the remaining work, after calling them for many times. it was agreed to agreed to return and check the work after tiling done.we had to pay another carpenter to finish the job. it was very disappointing that professionals like this did not come back to complete their assigned job, in spite of calling them many times.

COS / IPN were very professional, efficient, priced fairly and much cheaper than other tradesman. From quoting to completing the works, the whole process was so smooth and without a hitch. On the day of completing the job, Cos arrived on time, brief me what he was going to do, then completed the works in the agreed time. I would definitely use IPN again in future and would recommend to anyone reading this.

It happened to be that the frame was not straight but thanks to his skills and experience, also flexible way of thinking Georgi gave me an advice of how best to overtake the obstacles. Very poor experience. I paid £1,000+ deposit for a door replacement in Nov 2025, but the job was repeatedly delayed with excuses.Tyron has now stopped responding and I’ve lost contact with him. No work was done and my deposit was not returned. Be cautious.

We liked Alex from the first meeting and the first impression was spot on. Alex did an amazing job on our kitchen, which was half initiated by another tradesman. He reviewed the work and fixed many issues, always explaining and communicating well. Our kitchen had to be adapted and had some non standard cabinets but Alex was able to do all the additional features we asked for and with a great result. He also recommended some design changes which we agreed to and love. He finished the work, reviewed everything and signed off, always with a smile which is a plus. Definitely highly recommended and we will call him again in the future for sure. Thank you Alex!

Did a grate job, but issues over payment and demanded for cash and would not accept a bank payment. Its was all about payment and not about the works. Has also failed to provide us with any invoice! I am Chartered Building Surveyor and so normally working with insured contractors but this was a very small specialist repair required.

I hired Lukasz to finish off few bit and pieces of building works following an extension project. Lukasz was very quick to respond to the job, visit to check the works and provided a quote within 24hrs. We discussed few details and agreed to proceed with the works. From start to finish Lukasz was very professional, efficient and co-operative. He provided very valuable opinions and ensured the end result was of the highest quality. He was very punctual, tidy and polite. He worked on the project as if it was his own house, which was very assuring. Even after the works was complete, he offered advise over mobile to help resolve an unrelated heating issue. I would highly recommend Lukasz to anyone and would definitely use his services again, when required.
