The team arrived only a few days after arranging this. Although delayed by weather a couple of times they worked as hard as possible when they could to still get the jobs done as quickly but professionally as possible. Always punctual and when the rain was causing problems they kept me well informed about when they would be resuming. Garden is looking excellent, the driveway looks brand new again, and the additional small landscaping job I asked them to is great. Have already recommended to a friend.

Gutters cleaned on a traditional Dundee tenement of ground plus three floors. Sidi was short of extension tubes but managed to work round this by using a short ladder to raise himself above ground level. He is going to get more tubes to make this height of job easier in future. The camera is great as you can see the state of the gutters before and after the job is done.

Dawski has been a huge help and he got great results out of the walls and ceilings in my two bedrooms - we originally chatted through several options and the approach he suggested turned out to be perfect for my building and for what I was trying to achieve within budget. Absolutely PERFECT from start to finish!! We were replacing a door we had paid Everest to create and install. After numerous no shows to fit, lies and wrong items sent by Everest, and fitting a substandard door “temporarily” (hoping we would just accept it and pay full price for it) we fired them after 9 months. We still needed a proper wooden door and began looking for someone who could not only get us an unusually sized door with double glazing but match it in colour to our front door. Mike from Kinloch Joinery Ltd not only did it all with no issues, he kept his word, showed up when he said and kept us informed every step of the way! He was friendly and professional and was considerably cheaper than the other company! He was fantastic from start to finish. We will not hesitate to use Kinloch Joinery Ltd in the future and we highly recommend them for any job! This small business is so much better than the “UK wide” big companies and in future we would avoid all of them and go directly to Mike and Kinloch Joinery Ltd! Our door has been absolutely wonderful, it looks exactly as we had wanted and the quality is phenomenal. The door was accurately fit with no need for excess filling like the other co did, the facers all match unlike with the other co, and the quality is so much better, which means the Scottish winter weather is kept out and our heating is kept inside. A++ service! PS Sorry Mike, we thought we had left this review already. We love our door! Thanks again!

LJH as they were best price. Initially gave 7 days but the cost was too high and agreed 5 days as decorating the whole house. I had given Lee instruction to sand walls and skirting boards decorate all walls, ceiling, skirting boards, doors and stairs white. Upon near completion, I had inspected the work and mentioned some areas I wasn’t happy with? I mentioned this to Decorator. He then asked how well I wanted it decorated at this point I was confused as I had given instructions. I felt that work had been rushed There was also times when I went to the property and Lee Decorator was not there. I did raise this with Lee the Decorator and he says as long as long as the job was done. After work had been completed I made the mistake of paying before viewing completed work. Decorator had to come back as there were issues I will not be using LJH again.
