Costa built up a wall in my garden that was not level. He was very helpful from start to finish. Provided a very reasonable quote and went beyond what was included to help me with some mistakes I had made in materials ordered etc. The job itself was perfect, Costa is a perfectionist and the quality of work was brilliant. He also cleaned the area afterward and left no mess. I'm very happy and would definitely recommend Costa, and use him again for any jobs I may need.

Two things about George. Firstly his quality of work is excellent including good attention to detail and care with tidying/cleaning at the end of each day. Secondly, he communicates well both before and during the job - for example mid-way through this project there was a choice of how to do something, and he asked me rather than making a unilateral decision. I was very pleased with his work and would use him again.

DO NOT HIRE THIS INDIVIDUAL. Poor and unprofessional service. I spoke with Carlos one week before booking the job and he told me to order the tiles. He arrived on the day of the job and was at my address for about 5 minutes before saying he needed to get some materials. He then left without returning and blocked my number from contacting him. Very unprofessional service.

Highly skilled, professional and courteous Nik responded quickly to the job request and promptly confirmed the appointment for doing the work. During the initial discussion he did not try to push for un-necessary changes. He completed the work as per the requirement even going out of his way to source parts that were not matching. The work was fiddly and took longer than expected but Nik was professional about it and persisted with it on the committed times and cost. On completion, Nik tested everything was in order and left everything neat and tidy. We are looking forward to working with Nik again on the next set of changes in our house.

David is a very polite, friendly and well communicative guy. He worked very hard throughout the project - from planning and preparation to snagging at the end. The project took longer than he originally thought but a lot of this was down to his high standard of finish and perfectionism. We would have no doubts in hiring him again or recommending to others.

My previous bathroom fitters did a very bad job with the bathroom and cloakroom toilet and left it unfinished. I am so glad I went with JM Building service as Joe and Martin completely transformed both rooms. They rectified the previous fitters errors and completed the rooms. Joe didn’t just rush through the job to get it done quickly—he took his time, ensuring every detail was finished to a high standard. He worked meticulously, making adjustments until everything looked exactly as it should, rather than settling for ‘good enough.’ His dedication to quality and precision was evident throughout, and the end result speaks for itself. As well as being very good at what they do, they are friendly, reliable, trustworthy and hardworking. I have already booked them in for another job and requested a quote for another. Josh was professional, reliable, and always happy to answer any questions we had. He visited us more than once before starting the job to make sure everything was clear, which we really appreciated. His pricing was competitive, and his team, Rob and Oscar, were excellent as well.
