Right from our 1st meeting I knew Iain was the right person for the job. He explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. Rain did delay the job for a week but Iain was in constant contact keeping me updated. Iain is your old fashioned typical trades person, turns up at the crack of dawn raring to go and just gets on with it. Im delighted with the work Iain has done, I would hire Iain again without hesitation and srongly recommend him to people I know. Thanks Iain

Left my garden as an active health and safety hazard.After the first 3 weeks,Ben used constant time-delaying tactics and broken promises regarding dates,dragging a 4-week project out over more than two months before completely abandoning it after taking full payment,cut several corners ( laid stones with zero weed membrane, used messy silicone as a 'quick fix' on chipped porcelain tiles,sleepers gaping and not secured) Worst of all, he spilled thick bitumen paint across my summerhouse floorboards and tried to hide it He then abandoned the site completely, leaving exposed nails, screws and loose timber knowing my young grandchildren were arriving to stay,forcing me to hire a skip, and my family do 4-hour emergency cleanup.He also abandoned my son's fence unfinished since 12th June,trapping a 3-year-old toddler indoors due to the dangerous structure and discarded wood,and drove off with 3 new fence posts we paid for.Completely ghosted all phone calls and texts. Stay well away."

Andrew did a great job - very quick, reasonably priced and knowledgable. No nonsense, and didn't attempt to push us into pricey options - just gave us the information about what would work and then let us choose, no pressure. He was also willing to do a number a small jobs (doorbell, dimmer, sort out some sockets) which isn't always what you'll find from some tradespeople. Will be using him again, no question.

Andrew did an excellent job doing some essential electrical work at our property installing a new consumer unit, replacing the old sockets and switches with new and added some additional power in our back room. He arrived on time, left all the areas clean and tidy and was a generally a really nice lad. His rates were also really reasonable and competitive

Richard did an excellent job of fixing my front step by removing old tiles and replacing it with new slabs. Our step looks fantastic and he cleaned up everything too. A really nice guy, reliable and does excellent work. Definitely recommend him.

Highly recommend! Replaced three lintels above my upstairs windows. The work was carried out in a timely manner, I was walked through each step as the job progressed. My house was originally harled in 1960 and the first bag of chips they'd bought was close but not an exact match. They came back the following day after searching central Scotland for the exact chips already on the house. They were always professional and courteous. Due to the cost of scaffolding, I couldn't afford to wrap the whole house, they were kind enough to complete the work over three weekends for the same price, as I had to have the scaffolding taken down and rebuilt under each window which happened to be on three sides of the house. Each time the guys took all the old lintels and rubble away and left the place as they found it. They even cleared my path and drive of snow. I found them to be knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy and won't hesitate to use them again. I got multiple quotes in, theirs was somewhere in the middle but I got the strongest sense from them that they were the most experienced and would cause the least friction. I'd been let down by previous builders and had the extent of the work exaggerated by others. I knew what was involved so could eliminate some based on the stories they were telling. I can't say enough good things about these men, you won't be disappointed if you use them, they're genuine guys, it was a pleasure start to finish.

Tommy and his team completed a fairly complex loft conversion involving quite a lot of steel, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, Tommy proved to be incredibly reliable, which is important with a project of this scale. Some standout aspects was how well-organized he was. At the very beginning, he provided a week-by-week schedule, giving me full confidence in the process. The project was completed on time, as promised. Tommy and his team were also a pleasure to work with. They listened to our requests and delivered, demonstrating a high level of professionalism throughout. When an error by my architect came to light, Tommy and team even came up with a solution that not only fixed the issue but improved the overall outcome. I highly recommend Tommy and his team for any building work. Their reliability, expertise and cooperability made what could have been a stressful project far more straightforward.
