We asked for 4 different companies to quote for our job - one was too expensive, one told us they were too busy to do the job (why offer to quote in the first place?!) and another failed to send us their quote despite 2 emails so we gave the job to PCS Property Services who turned up, gave us a quote promptly and it was very reasonable. We wanted several different jobs done including replacement cladding, new soffits, fascias and gutters at the rear of the property and on our garage, a replacement side door on the garage and capping for the frame of our up-and-over garage door - Lewis gave us a price for each job and offered us a discount if we booked the whole lot to be done which we did. PCS turned up when they said the would and completed the work within 2 days. Lewis also identified a problem with our up-and-over garage door which would have caused damage to the uPVC capping they fitted to the frame and I was able to correct it which I was very grateful for. They did a great job, cleared away all their mess and my wife and I were very pleased with the result. We have already had a quote for more work to be done which we will be booking in the not too distant future. Thanks very much to Lewis and his colleagues.

Igi the handyman decorated my kitchen including some tiling to a very high standard.He worked for me for five days and during that time I found him to be a very hard working and polite person.He always cleaned up his materials at the end of each day and nothing was too much trouble for him!.I would have no hesitation in useing his services again in the future.

First class gentleman/electrician. Part of the job was a little more involved than expected but John explained everything to me clearly and in a non-condescendingly manner. He was very helpful in that, while at my property, he searched for a replacement and is ordering for me, which took a load of worry off my mind (he's also good at spider-catching too :-))

Really impressed with the amazing job done today fitting my carpet and stair runner that I’d already purchased myself online. Not many carpet fitters are prepared to fit carpet they aren’t supplying. Had availability that tied in with us being on leave and available and did a really top job. Was completely honest with us about everything and very reasonable price too. Tidy, polite and courteous, I’d 100% recommend and use again!
