We would recommend Jon highly. He’s a skilled stone mason and also does excellent building work. He’s honest and reliable and always comes when he says he will. It’s taken me 2 years to finally write this review, apologies Jon! he came to rebuild a dry stone wall but ended up working for us for 2 years; completing another dry stone wall; laying foundations for a large greenhouse and paving around. All to a high standard. He also build a raised parking area on a sloping drive, with stone faced wall ; made several raised borders; repointed an old ruin with lime, removed harling and repointed house and many other jobs. Exceptional job and the family couldn’t be happier. There is no doubt this was a challenging bathroom refurbishment and the finished result is outstanding. Dan was great with helpful suggestions and listened to what we wanted. I was given helpful suggestions that worked out perfectly. I couldn’t recommend enough. The whole process from beginning to end was flawless. Very reasonable cost. Timekeeping was second to none. My mum used these guys for a small kitchen and I have more work I will get Dan to do. I have no hesitation in recommending this firm.
