Josh is a friendly guy and overall got the work done, but there were a few issues that I think it is important to highlight. - It took 6 days rather than the 3-4 estimated. Given that he was on a day rate, we agreed a reduced rate for the final two days. - Some of the work that I thought would be included wasn’t 100% complete. I could give the benefit of the doubt on this as it may have not been clear, but closing all pipe clips and tidying up afterwards would have been a good way to finish the job. - I had to reroute some of the pipework under the bath as it was in the way of the bath. I had purposely ensured the final bathroom fixings were on site to avoid this kind of error. - The soil pipe in the en-suite needed adjusting to ensure a correct fall and properly fixing in place. It was dipping at one of the fixings which could have caused blockage problems later on. The bulk of the work was completed to a decent standard, but I still needed to spend a day fixing above details.

A 'positive' review really does not go anywhere near the superb experience we had from Matthew, Harry, and Declan......They went out of there way to give us everything and more than we expected and hoped for. I highly recommend Alex and his company for their outstanding service following storm damage to our and neighbor fences. Alex arrived as scheduled and immediately got to work. His service was excellent throughout the process - he clearly explained what need to be done and kept us informed at every stage of the repair. What stood out most was his ability to complete all repairs within just one day. Despite the extensive wind damage, he worked efficiently without compromising on quality. The repaired sections of fence are sturdy and seamlessly match the existing structure. The pricing was reasonable and transparent, with no hidden cost or surprises on the final bill. Excellent friendly service. Came out on the Friday and identified one of the faults. Unfortunately I didn’t go with him for the repair as he /the part was not available until the Tuesday. I got the part over the counter at City Plumbing in Pony rd Industrial estate and got it fitted.

Norbert was very good, clean and tidy and very professional. Was always on time and stayed late most days until the job was done. I think he was almost offended I asked him to leave at 4 one day as I needed to go out. Work Over ran to the Saturday but I was not charged for the extra day. Money well spent in my opinion. Would definitely use him again and would recommend him to others.

Steve came in with a very competitive quote. His work was to rip out 2 walk-in wardrobes, tidy up and make good, so we are just left with 2 empty spaces for new wardrobes to go in to. I needed hanging four doors at the short notice. Spence responded almost immediately and offered to visit and quote following morning. Quote was very competitive and Spence was able to do job in the next day or two. Spence have done brilliant job, very professional and tidy.
