I was always told to hire people on these sites with lots of excellent reviews in the very high nineties. Good advice on the face of it. That said, how can anyone build themselves up if you don't give them a go! I'm glad I took a chance, because Lee is everything you could hope for in a tradesmen. Competitively priced, punctual, professional, polite, friendly, clean and tidy and at the end of all that? A professional plumbing job carried out in a timely manner with proper soldered plumbing joints (no compression fittings!) and most important of all - no leaks! Working here was not straightforward as I have 6 children and indoor pedigree cats and a new puppy! Lee made sure doors were not left open and was very respectful of our home. I will be hiring Lee again for other bits and pieces if he doesn't end up being booked up for months as all the best ones seem to be! I personally could not recommend him more highly and my background pre children, was property so I've seen a fair bit!

Jin arrived on time and was very courteous when he introduced himself. He set to work straight away and assessed the job, and he made sure that I was happy with what he was going to do, which I was. While he was working, he also tested the wiring and his work to ensure both mine and his safety, which I have never seen before with an electrician but was very impressed by. I am more than happy with the standard and quality of Jin's work as he went above and beyond to make the installation as neat and tidy as possible and even swept up after himself. I will not hesitate to use his services in the future and recommend him to friends. Many thanks Jin for your work

Brad was fantastic with the fitting of our kitchen. We had some awkward requirements, as we needed to fit some new units in with some existing units, as well as new worktops with upstand, and a completely new floor (laminate). We also needed the job done quickly, and he was able to work to our timetable. Brad had some good ideas about how to go about the project, and as it progressed, he was able to adapt everything to fit in well together. He worked efficiently and with care, to leave us with a kitchen we are very pleased with. He was able to source the extra bits needed to finish off the project (panels, extra flooring, sealant, etc.). He was polite, professional, pleasant, listened carefully to what we wanted, and cleaned up at the end of each day's work. We are very happy with the results, and would definitely hire him again.
