I recently had loft stairs installed and couldn’t be happier with the work carried out. From start to finish, pawell was professional, friendly, and incredibly polite, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The quality of the workmanship is excellent—everything has been finished to a very high standard, and the attention to detail really shows. What stood out just as much was the respect shown for my home. At the end of each day, everything was left clean, tidy, and well-organised, which made a big difference while the work was ongoing. It’s not always easy to find someone who combines skill, reliability, and courtesy so well. Didn't use him for the heater in the end but used him for another job to install smoke alarms. He came on time as agreed and installed 6 new interlinked smoke alarms and 3 emergency lights for us. Good job and reasonably priced. We will use him again in the future.

I’ve waited a week before giving feedback just in case I overreacted. NO I HAVEN'T OVERREACTED. The job was discussed beforehand with Amishadai, & whilst I said ‘it wasn’t the Ritz’, I told him that ‘ALL’ ceilings & walls should be double coated with emulsion, a coat of Undercoat & Top coat on doors & skirtings & NO painting the UPVC window frames. A price was agreed. Disappointed with the work is putting it mildly. Amishadai & colleague completed the work in two & a half days (you can't do that job properly in less than 4 days – All paint has to dry, particularly Oil based paints). There is paint over the: Window frames, Natural Wood curtain rail brackets were painted (Why?), Hall light ceiling rose, 13 amp Plugs, Light Switches, Electric Meter Box & Door handles (did they even bother ‘cutting in’ with a BRUSH?). Half the skirting doesn't appear to have been painted in either an undercoat or top coat (just splodged in emulsion from the roller), I don’t even think some of the doors were undercoated first either. Amishadai appears to have watered down the ‘WHITE’ emulsion paint (To my knowledge you only water down emulsion if you are painting directly over new plaster), & one of the rooms looks like it didn’t even get the 2nd coat of emulsion. This company certainly didn't provide me with what I have paid them for. In conclusion, I would advise anyone on here to avoid this company. No, I haven’t overreacted, I have the photos to prove it.

Sylvanus' design process is meticulous, very consultative and full of creative suggestions. He applies his knowledge and experience to ensure that storage space is maximised and designed to meet the needs of what is being stored. Sylvanus uses the best materials and his workmanship is of the highest standard. We know this not just because of the newly built units, but also because Sylvanus built storage cupboards in our previous house, where they were still working perfectly after nearly twenty years - not an ill-fitting door, drawer or hinge to be found.
