I am positively impressed with Mohammad Suleman. Previously I had hired someone else to install my new sink and tap, and fix and leaks and this wasn’t done properly as the leaks continued. This time, I was reluctant about hiring someone else new. The job involved quite a few tasks: - install again a new sink and tap (and fix leaks), install an extractor fan in the kitchen, and a tile job. Everything was done with so much professionalism by Mohammad Suleman and his work partner. Not only they did what I asked but they also fixed a few pipe issues that prevented any further leaks. On top of that, they made proper finishes, which is something that I struggle to find these days in Scotland. I will surely hire again. Please, give them a chance, as you will not regret it.

Neil was brought in to construct a single storey extension to our house After trawling through numerous companies we were delighted to have found Neil as he is a bricklayer to trade unlike most other companies who are joiners who employ bricklayers and grounds workers and we know building an extension requires 80-90 percent brick and ground work and all other externals. From the moment my wife and I met Neil and his team we knew we had found the right builder. Right from the word go we could see the professionalism and after every day's work the site remained tidy.Communication was never an issue as we were always kept in the loop what was happening, when and where. Over all we are delighted that our extension came in at a good price, on time and and looks the way we wanted it too! Neil and his co worker Barry are two very friendly and easy to get on with guys. My wife child minds from home and this can cause a lot of problems when workmen come as we need to make sure the premises are kept safe and secure for the children.Neil and Barry always made sure that there was never any danger around and always maintained a high level of awareness making sure simple things like gates were closed and secured or any work areas were danger free. I also might add that all the kids thought that they were hilarious when they saw them and that in itself of making everyone feel at ease is one of many reasons why we will use Neil again and recommend him to anyone!

My project was for the removal of timber decking and installation of new composite decking. 95% of work completed to a good standard over 5 months, but after paying in full, it took ten months before James opted out of final completion (by not replying to my texts). I had to complete myself at my own cost. Disappointed.

Boiler still not working. Not sure what I paid for. Says he serviced it but the service error still on the boiler and he won’t provide any proof it is done. Originally charged me £220 but the pressure now sits too high and the boiler leaks out the back. I tried for 2 months to get him back. Getting only sporadic answers and multiple missed appointments and explanations of personal problems so I tried to give him time to fix it. I tried phoning but went straight to answer mail. I then realised my number was blocked as I could get through to him by calling from other numbers. By contacting him this way i eventually got a refund of £100 but he has gone back to ignoring me when I am looking for proof he has done the service, or to let me know what I paid him £120 to do. I tried to ask find my builder for help and they sent an auto response to deal directly with the tradesman. It’s been a very stressful experience and I still don’t have a working boiler.
