Really nice genuine guy. I posted a job up in the morning and Jonathan immediately responded with his hourly rate (which is always appreciated so you don't have to shortlist before finding out how expensive they are!) and I shortlisted him and within minutes he rang to arrange to come and fix the boiler. He arrived within an hour and half, made the boiler safe by turning off the gas and stated investigating. He was honest all along the way, trying to save me money where possible. He managed to find the fault quite quickly and took the time to explain and show me what was wrong with it. He then rang up the store to make sure A) the had the part in stock so there wasn't a wasted journey and B) find the price so he could tell me the price of the part so there were no suprises. He was always very friendly, polite and explained the issues well to me, replaced went and got the relevant part and replaced it. From a boiler not working in the morning to a fixed boiler in the afternoon, great job! Would definitely recommend and will use Jonathan again for any plumbing/heating needs.

Very disappointing experience with Ramon. Ramon came to view the property before we agreed on the scope and price of the exterior painting job. We had detailed discussions in person and over the phone and agreed on everything including price and scope. Despite that, after starting the job, he changed his mind about the agreed price and asked for more money — something he never flagged during the site visit. He painted part of the exterior and then left the job half done without any communication for two full days. There was no explanation or notice — I was left completely in the dark. It was promised that he would come back the next day as he needed some extra tools but after multiple messages being ignored and calls being ignored it was clear we were left in vulnerable position with a half painted house without any communication. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unreliability make it impossible for me to recommend him. I have CCTV evidence of our conversations.

It was an absolute pleasure hiring Masper Build Ltd. From the very onset, Marian was very professional, arriving promptly to assess the work required. He quickly assessed that we did not actually need inspection hatches (as the flat already had these) and advised us accordingly. We ended up employing Masper Build’s services to carry out Gas safety inspection and to install an electrical smoke alarm at the property. These tasks were carried out promptly and professionally the following day . We were kept updated throughout. Great communication. His quote was very reasonable. We will certainly be using his services in the future. Highly recommended.

He and Billy worked really hard to get the job done as quickly as they possibly could, and I am absolutely over the moon with the results. We are already planning lots more jobs for the house. One of the best builders I have ever worked with. PMB take great pride in the work they do and finish to a exceptional level (even better than a lot of premium and expensive builders in the industry). Colin's knowledge about all aspects of building work is unmatched and that shows in the end product that he and his team delivered for me. PMB did a full refurbishment & substantial extension (everything knocked down except 3 external walls) - ground floor ext, first floor ext, loft extension, full re-wire, plumbing, gas, UFH, walls, plastering, fitting, decorating etc. His prices are reasonable and he advised when unexpected costs come up so I could make a decision on what to do. I will definitely use him again.
