My daughter and I had just bought a flat that was in desperate need of a new bathroom. We found Michele on My Builder and he gave us lots of advice. My daughter moved out for 2 weeks while he fitted the bathroom. He sent us updates and pictures everyday. Unfortunately he found that the floor and wall plaster were rotten due to a leaking bath and structural work was needed. He solved the problem without fuss by putting down a subfloor and new plasterboard. There were several problems which managed to solve saving stress on both sides. We were extremely pleased with the beautiful bathroom and would not hesitate to recommend Michele. He is professional, communicates well and was clean and tidy. Thank you Michele.

Really pleased with the overall experience that we have had with Paul. He visited and quoted us, and was able to fit us in quite quickly to carry the work out that was needed. From the start to the finish David was excellent. He gave clear and sensible advice and responded quickly to any messages. All aspects of the job were explained clearly and where there were options they were clearly explained. The job was completed to a high standard and for a fair price. I would have no problem recommending David and employing him again. Nothing was too much trouble and it’s fair to say he was a gem of a find.

Polite, nice and approachable and checked if I was happy with work. UPDATED: Unfortunately the child gate and door repair both did not last more than a month or so. I contacted him to let him know and shared pictures but no effort made to come sort the work properly. Disappointing really.

COMPANY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL. THEY CAME TO FIT A NEW THERMOSTAT ON THE HOT WATER EMERSION TANK AND AFTER 5 MONTHS IT FAILED TO WORK. WHEN ASKED FOR REPAIR UNDER WARRANTY FOR PARTS AND LABOUR (12MTHS) THEY CAME BACK TO ME AND SAID THERE WAS NONE! AND FURTHER MORE TOLD ME THEY WOULD CHARGE ME A CALL OUT FEE TO CHECK IT AND QUOTED AN OVER PRICE AMOUNT TO REFIT IT IF NEEDED. EVERY PLUMBER I HAVE SPOKEN TO THEREAFTER CONFIRMED THEY HAVE AT LEAST 6MTHS (NORMALLY 12 MONTHS WARRANTY COVER) THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE ANY WARRANTY COVER SO IF THEY FIX YOUR FAULT AND IT BREAKS DOWN A DAY LATER IT IS NOT COVERED AND YOU HAVE TO GET ANOTHER PLUMBER TO DO THE JOB AGAIN. THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT ADVICE ABOUT THEIR SERVICE THAT ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS SHOULD KNOW ABOUT. I WOULD NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN.

Fred did a great job. He went beyond the original identified issue with the heating system bringing in an electrician to help solve the root problem (seemingly a legacy from previous repairs made by others). Fred was always responsive and patient throughout the process charging a fair price in my view. Highly recommended
