Hi, I’m Heather Robinson, founder and owner of GHC Property Maintenance & Development Ltd. I’m a highly skilled and experienced female plasterer, specialising in high-quality skim finishes and detailed patch repairs, with additional hands-on experience in landscaping and external works. Working on the tools in a male-dominated industry, I take pride in setting exceptionally high standards and challenging outdated expectations of who belongs in construction. My career was built the right way — working proudly alongside my dad for many years, learning the trade properly from the ground up. That experience shaped my work ethic, standards, and respect for doing things correctly. He retired a year ago, and today I carry that legacy forward, leading with the same values of honesty, quality, and hard work. As a woman leading from the front, I’m known for precision, consistency, and workmanship that lasts. I don’t cut corners, and I don’t settle for “good enough” — every project is completed to a professional finish I’m proud to put my name to. Reliability, attention to detail, and clear communication are at the core of everything I do. GHC Property Maintenance & Development Ltd is a full-service property maintenance and development company delivering all aspects of building work for domestic and commercial clients. I lead a strong team of seven qualified tradespeople, including electricians, plumbers, roofers, and joiners. We are a diverse team of men and women, built on professionalism, respect, and high-quality results — proving that excellence in construction has no gender.
