I cannot recommend Chris highly enough. He recently completed an office conversion in my home and the result exceeded my expectations. Chris was always punctual, arriving on time every day and keeping the project on schedule. He was professional, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with throughout. Communication was excellent, with clear written updates and quick responses whenever I had questions. His work ethic was outstanding, working tirelessly while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. The quality of workmanship and finish was first class, with no snagging issues or remedial work required. Ian undertook some lintel repair work for us on our rented garages. We were happy with the first few repairs, but the last two were rushed and the work was left incomplete. Because the walls and lintels were not strapped correctly, the lintels have slipped, leaving the structure unsafe and unsupported. I have tried to resolve this amicably over the past few months, but he continually found reasons to delay fixing his mistakes. He is now completely ignoring calls and messages. We had more work lined up for him, but we will now be using someone else as we can no longer trust him to complete a job to a satisfactory or safe standard.

Job = 3 ikea units and 2 Habitat Wardrobes. The guys built the Ikea units fine but wardrobes were complicated with poor instructions. They started but said they would be back friday to finish. I had to ring and was told it would be after 1pm so I rearranged my day and waited in. No one turned up eventually got hold of them and they said that the job was more than they expected (basically they were not coming back and probably knew that when they left on Tue). What I am so upset about is they have left a mess, a partly built unit that's been put together wrong, all boxes have been opened, screws and stuff everywhere. Why not just be honest and A. renegotiate time and cost or B. Say you are not capable of the job, talk to me, undo the bit they'd done wrong and help to leave the place tidy I would've understood. The units/panels/doors are very heavy, I've just come out of hospital and now im left with stuff i can't move and no one wants to take on a started job.....

Peg Solutions Ltd Dave tiled our kitchen floor and passage way unfortunately there was a delay to the start date due to the covid 19 outbreak but Dave kept us up todate. Although the delay was frustrating the wait was well worth it his work is exceptional he does not cut corners everything is done to the letter and above he is a truly nice guy that delivers great work We would definitely recommend him and will definitely use his services again in the future 👍
