The first job was to remove all of the ridge tiles from our house, clean off the old mortar, refit and recement them back into place. Second job was to rebuild the top section of our chimney. Both jobs were done with great care and professionalism. Mr Jefferies and his colleague were clean and tidy at all times, which was reflected in their work. They gave us a price before they started and were on time with their work. We would use them again.

The whole experience with Toby was fantastic. He was professional when he arrived for the quote and the way he advised us on a solution. The reason why I selected T.Wood Carpentry wasn't just their presentation when we met, but they way he conducted himself prior. Booking an appointment along with text/email reminders, also the way the quote was sent to us. It wasn't just a standard email it will cost x,y,z. It was a business email response along with an attached professional looking quote detailing the work to be done - as well as the cost of options of splitting the job if we wanted to. The cost also included a breakdown of labour and material charges. On the day, Toby and his team arrived promptly at 8am and worked solidly until 3pm! You can't fault how hard Toby works! One thing that stood out to me was also good use of H&S when floorboards were being cut outside, so many times you see tradesman cutting corners! When the job was complete, they tidied up and hovered (even the stairs carpet which was being taken up that afternoon!) The workman ship was fantastic, honestly I will not hesitate in using Toby again for my carpentry needs. It was reassuring that Toby said, if there were any problems he would come back round - even though he said there shouldn't be any now! The invoice arrived promptly, and again this was professional. It was clearly broken down, along with clear proof of purchase for additional insulation! Thank you Toby for sorting the squeaky floorboards out!

Patrick is very professional, polite, friendly and easy to talk to. He came on time, listened carefully to what I need and explained to me what needs to be done. He then did amazing job in my kitchen replacing my cabinet doors, handles and extractor. He also suggested brilliant, practical suggestions during the install which made my kitchen looks amazing. He also left the space clean and tidy. I also had some issues in my bathroom with tilling and a leak in the kitchen and Patrick has perfectly sorted this all out for me. I can't thank Patrick enough for the good job that he did in my flat and I recommend him to everyone.

From quote through to completion, Jamie and his colleagues conducted themselves with professionalism, politeness, tidiness, attention to detail and a high standard of finish. What can I say about Zoltan, he kept me informed all the way, a privilege to have him working for me, Zoltan and his partner did amazing job on my Decking, I am really pleased with it, worked a full 10/12 hour aday, I can't praise them enough, highly recommend, I know where I will go in the future for any other building jobs, took all the rubbish away, as far as I'm concerned it's a 5 star rating, very polite, nothing to much trouble and very easy to get along with.
