Ken came to plaster a small area in our bedroom, and we’re really pleased with the result. He was quick and efficient, without compromising on quality. He played the oldest trick in the book and I nearly fell for it. Low ball and then scare the customer into a higher price. Came to quote and seemed quite knowledgeable and emphasised that he always tries to give a fair price. He didn't have many "tree job" reviews but the price was competitive so I agreed to hire him He came Sunday morning as agreed but as I left him to get on with the job he rang 30 mins later to say the job was more complicated: the roots had moved and the tree was resting against a neighbouring tree and would need to be supported. Total rubbish! He doubled his agreed quote so I asked him to leave. I appreciate he is young, keen and lacks experience as a tree surgeon but I was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. For simple garden clearance jobs I'm sure he would be fine. My tree removal job was completed by another professional tree surgeon with a three man team in under 7 hours for a lot less than WGS's revised quote.

I asked Nikoll for a quote to paint my living room and hallway following a recommendation from a family member. He was very thorough with the quote, explaining everything in detail. Following acceptance of the quote Nikoll started the job on the agreed date. Very understanding, clean and punctual. Great quality a. I would certainly recommend to family and friends.
