We employed PDP as architects for our extension and new building works in Cornwall. Firstly, they helped us design a scheme which encompassed our brief for expanding our family home, creating practical living space and incorporating our 'wish list' of material finishes. They not only produced a contemporary design but linked the extension to the existing period cottage without compromising the integrity of 'whats new' & 'whats old'. Their understanding of the planning process helped us gain successful approval from the planning authorities. PDP produced a full tender document including material specifications for costings and managed the tender process, helping us appoint a building contractor able to undertake our project. We were assigned a project manager who attended regular site meetings, produced detailed drgs as required, ensured quality of works and managed the relationship between client and builder. As with any building project, we encountered challenges and PDP were instrumental in delivering a successful project meeting all of our expectations as demanding clients.

Five stars, very professional and a high quality job. Tom and Andy did a great job, they turned up on time, worked hard, were very tidy and the job was finished on schedule to a high standard. In addition they put right for no additional charge some drainage issues with the original groundworks.

Brilliant service. Quoted yesterday and job done today. Shower was fitted with minimal mess and covered up the original fitment space. Looks very smart with a couple of the old screw holes in the tiles filled, very difficult to tell that it is a replacement. Very happy.

Ed provides an excellent all round service, I was very pleased with all of his work on my cupboards and fitted wardrobes, very professional. Ed is very friendly and easy to talk to. Ed came around promptly to do a quote, through discussion he also helped me to modify the design I asked him to do to make it even better. He provided a detailed and competitive quote by email, so I knew exactly what I could expect (materials, cost, payments dates). Ed arrived to work at times to suit us where possible. Ed's work was always to a high standard, he took time to make sure it was right. He tried to minimise mess where possible, but cleaned up afterwards any unavoidable mess. Ed has really transformed my house and I am so pleased with all of his work, thank you Ed.
