  Cowboy roofer. Stay clear of this one!!! Doesn't have a clue what he is doing. Came and made my tiny infrequent leak into a huge problem. He created a bigger leak. Water was gushing through like a waterfall after all of his work. Sleepless nights for over 3 weeks during heavy rain fall. No urgency to help me. His work made everything worse. Charged me more an more for unnecessary work each time. £500 for the initial job which made it worse. £700 for unnecessary tile work that made no difference and then blamed my roof, quoting me £7k to replace that side of the roof. Got another roofer in to find that he didn't even do the initial job properly leaving a huge gap for water to run directing into my house instead of channelled to the flat roof and gutters. They also found that he doesn't apply the felt correctly and run the overlaps in the correct dimensions which increased the chance of leaks. He didn't use correctly tile retainer hooks. Basically ripped me off.

  I am really happy with my front garden, it now looks completely in keeping with the period and has transformed the look of the whole terrace. Peter really understood what I wanted, and had a huge amount of knowledge of the type of renovation and the difference it could make by using stone of the period, together with the right kind of flag stones to help reflect light into the front of the house. I cannot believe the difference it has made to the front of my house. I would absolutely recommend Peter and would not hesitate to use him again.

  I have just recently had my full house rendered by John Johnson, and i could only say amazing things about John and him work collegues. They came out and started the work the day they stated. The job they came out to do ended up to be a biger job then they expected to do as they ended up taking all the pebble dash off down to the brick as it was a mess and was cracked on gable end and other places. John is a great lad and explained the process that he intended to do to correct the work that had been done by a pair of cowboys. And the work that he did was fantastic and im very very happy with all the work on my house its got an amazing finish as looks completly a different house. Thankyou John Johnson ill be forever gratefull. I would highly recommend John & his friends.

  I would like to thank you Johnny for the fantastic job you have done, Johnny came out and looked at the job the day after my posting, he managed to patch in my very old pebble dashing after having a window moved and the back door blocked up, he worked full days in this cold damp weather to get the job finished, I also had a brick step put outside of the patio doors and a lovely brick planter built Johnny even suggested putting some capping on top which finished it off very nicely, he even brought me some soil and put it and the plants I had, into the planter for me, cleaned and washed the yard out, so when I got home there was nothing for me to do, I was very impressed he didn't have to do all that, the price was as quoted, I have already asked for a quote for another job that I need done.

  Very quick response and was round the next day, I couldn’t afford to replace so he patched up my gutters to see me through the winter. Lovely guy and once saved I will have him out again to completely change the guttering. Passed on his number to friends as no small job seems a problem, hard to find nowadays 👍🏼
