Despite some initial positives, the project was ultimately marred by poor communication, unprofessional conduct & serious breaches of trust. We strongly advise against using Bluelime due to the stress, financial impact, & unresolved issues we faced. While kitchen & bathroom installations were OK & progressed quickly, Bluelime deviated from approved plans in a conservation area, causing compliance issues (estimated correction costs of £15–£20k). Heating & insulation were poorly installed, & second opinions confirmed our dissatisfaction. Communication broke down, with responses defensive and intimidating. Costs rose unexpectedly (e.g. door fitting from £1200 to £2640) & inflated quotes in later stages. The property wasn’t ready for move-in multiple times, disrupting our young family. Additional concerns included missing tools, ignored warranties, inconsistent workmanship & misleading claims about affiliations. We urge others to check Bluelime (Alton Campbell) on Companies House.

Would highly recommend Abdullah! He fitted our interlinked fire alarm system in a HMO and did a fantastic job. He is polite, professional and really reasonably priced. Would definitely hire him again in the future!

Bekim is diligence personified. His communication beginning to end was amazing. Upon arrival he was very respectful and courteous. He carried out the work (removing a bedroom radiator and capping the pipes) to an amazing standard. He also found a split pipe underneath the floorboards and swiftly identified a solution Once completed he left his work area as it was found. In conclusion Bekim is brilliant, his pricing and flexible availability would be suitable for anyone. I will definitely be calling him again for further work, you should too!

Ahmad did a great job at my property, fixing multiple small issues around the flat as well as repainting all the walls and ceilings. The job was slightly larger than expected and Ahmad still finished on time and at a reasonable price. A trustworthy guy, I'll be using his services again in my future projects.

They did a great job with our floor. Before the floor was covered with carpet and they quickly sanded and varnished the original wood with successfull results. There were some gaps also that had to cover, plus exchange some damage pieces of wood. We were glad to count with them in our new flat renovation.

Dwayne was absolutely fantastic! He made sure to call me on his way to me, once he arrived he was extremely polite and friendly. He made sure to put down dust sheets around the boiler before he started working. His work was very tidy and he made sure to explain everything he has done after completing. Cosmin was very easy to deal with - he arrived ten minutes early for the free consultation, and told me exactly his plan for the wardrobe. I knew what I needed, but I wasn't sure how to move things around to make it work - so Cosmin suggested some ideas. He then came back two days later to execute and it was all done in an hour. Very reasonably priced and super fuss free. I would work with him again if I needed any further carpentry done.
