With painting and decorating you get a lot of cowboys, guys who claim to be painters that leave a job half finished and disappear on clients and lowball everyone else so it seams like your getting a good price when in reality, there’s a fair chance it’s cheap because they aren’t a true professional and don’t really know what they are doing.
