My name is Kelly, I am a self employed gardening business. I am a female led business ; with female and male gardeners. My business is named after my late grandmother ; Edna which means Eden in Hebrew. Scent is for smell, but also as in "sent Edna round to do the garden" . My grandmother always wanted me to be a gardener and landscaper after attending myerscough College studying a degree in horticulture but my career took a different path in the beginning and I was a support worker for many years in care services, physically disabled services and mental health care work. Later in my life I started working for a company part time where my love for gardening and garden design was rekindled and I wanted to then proceed to be a full time gardener. I worked on projects, lawn care and redesigns of gardens, maintenance and hedge work for 5 years until I then set up SCENT EDNA on my own and 6 years on I now have 4 staff / 5 including myself and we all love the jobs we do for every individual customer to all personal requests or work needed.
