Ilias did an amazing job in my flat. I had recently moved in to find that all of my walls were yellow/cream and some walls even had some damping damage. He inspected the walls for free and after giving me some advice, he offered me his quote which was too good to pass. He did my entire Studio flat (including the kitchen and bathroom) in a few days and even months later, the paint job is as good as new. I was so impressed with the job as it was quick and very detailed. He always came on time and was very respectful. It’s hard finding honest and hard working traders nowadays.

Ahmed offered a fair price for what was a small and quick plumbing job (lower than other quotes). Communication was excellent. He arrived as expected/agreed. On a very rainy day we were grateful that without asking he put on over-shoes. The job was completed efficiently and the new isolator seems to be working well. The room was left clean and tidy. Ahmed was also willing to provide some helpful advice on other DIY jobs. We will definitely call on him again for household plumbing issues (T.R.I. also offers full heating/gas coverage). The company is very new to MyBuilder - hence the few feedback reviews so far - but Ahmed has many years' experience in plumbing. Thank you.

I would have liked to give 5 stars as they did a good job overall. However, the task involved skimming a very tall hallway and the ceiling above the mid-landing, which was particularly high and required suitable access equipment. Unfortunately, the ceiling height wasn't properly factored in despite their initial assessment of the work. They had to improvise with a makeshift platform, and I provided my own ladder. It wasn't the best option as they struggled to reach the ceiling. There was also not enough floor covering with them to properly protect the area, and the cleaning at the end wasn't the best. Although they managed to complete the work, the setup and preparation should have been better. Overall, the quality of the work was good and I would probably recommend them for future projects. For that reason, I've given 4 stars.

Marcus and his team fitted and tiled our downstairs w/c. Our house had recently been renovated and the builders had been unable to finish what they set out to do so Marcus also ended up finishing the en-suite bathroom, put right some loose fittings in another and completed some tiling in the utility. Marcus came to quote for the initial job promptly and MPS provided a reasonable fixed price quote for the job. He was incredibly flexible when we added more work to the initial job (twice!). All work was carried out to a high standard in exactly the amount of time predicted. We're really happy with the results and will definitely have MPS back to do more work in future. The team at MPS have been really responsive and helpful throughout the process. If you want transparent, reliable and high quality work, then I'd highly recommend Marcus and MPS!
