I have been working with builders and painters etc for years as I'm a landlord and developer. He's excellent in every way possible and I have very high standards. I don't normally recommend builders painters as their quality and reliability can vary but I make an exception with Simon as he is the best of the best.

Like Ricky as a person but professionally pulled my hair out a few times. Ultimately fitted the kitchen and did a couple of other jobs. Had him in my mind to do bathroom but his aftercare and snagging issues caused by his kitchen fit are none existent. He was quick to chase me for £10 but not so quick to come and fix a cupboard door which he installed incorrectly. It’s a shame as he is a nice guy but seems to be shortsighted at looking at the bigger picture.

Quite literally the worst tradesman I have ever worked within 25 years as a property developer! He came and quoted to paint my house (a good price I must say), little did I know that this meant he would spray everything that he can see, not prepare the surfaces by sanding them down or protects things. This included door handles, hinges, radiators, alarms sensors, tiles and my own furniture and cooking utensils. First time I confronted him about this he said that we would clean everything, and we agreed to carry own. However, it became apparent that we was doing the same as previously discussed. have paid hi 66% of what was agreed, I quickly realised that the damaged he has caused was going to cost me far more and I told him to leave. The next day he turned up at my house with his wife demanding the balance which I refused to give him, they were both shouting outside my house, threatening to call the police. I eventually agreed to pay the 50% of what was left, just so that they would leave. However, even once he had confirmed writing his acceptance of this, he walks over to me and threatened me one final time, saying that he will take me to court etc, there is god and he will see to me! I advise to stay away from this person, better to pay a little more and work with professionals who don't agree with one thing and do another. He paints using a spray, which means you can not touch anything up and he quite literally paints everything he sees!!

Dean from sparkle attended my property to carryout mould treatment to a bedroom in my property. The mould was wash down with a chemical. Then he painted the room fully twice with a mould paint that he'd recommend. Dean was very punctual, professional, quick and extremely clean. Excellent experience from start to finish with Rahmat. He quickly and accurately diagnosed the plumbing issue from the photos and description I provided, and gave a clear, fair, and very reasonable quote upfront. Communication was prompt throughout. He arrived on time, worked efficiently and independently, and fixed the problem with real care and precision. He also went the extra mile to sort a couple of additional things. Everything was completed to a high standard and left clean and tidy. Reliable, skilled, really easy to deal with, and overall a very nice person - I am really glad we hired him. I would definitely recommend Rahmat and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.
