More mature handyman, with around 15 years experience. Rates: £50.00 minimum, £40.00 each hour after that. Day and half day rates available too, just ask. I do a lot of mounting stuff on walls like TV's, mirrors, pictures and other items. I do a lot of Ikea and other flat pack furniture and I'm a Tasker with Taskrabbit, with whom I've done 600+ tasks to date. I do minor home repairs and basic carpentry and construction, I can do basic plumbing and electrical jobs, nothing too back breaking! Basically most jobs inside the home. I am a London bricklayer 😃 I started as a labourer in my teens and then a Bricky’s labourer in my early twenties and steadily worked my way onto the tools where I was able to watch and learn from the older Brickies ( no substitute for experience) and working on delicate jobs like refurbs. Using traditional methods ie lime mortar and weather struck pointing and sometimes using imperial bricks which are little bigger than today’s metric but building in inches rather than millimetres .
