Brilliant and professional work carried out from start to finish – I am more than happy with the work, and so was my Dad who is usually hard to impress. Savvi and his team worked incredible hard and to one of the highest standards I have seen in a long while – even tidied up after themselves at every stage. Savvi’s quote for the front and back garden fences to be replaced was spot on and no hidden charges – and they even treated the wood for me and took away the old fence. So pleased with my new front and back garden fence that I have already recommended Savvi and is team to my family and friends. Feeling blessed to have found a good team - will definitely keep them in mine should I have any other work in the pipeline.

Max re tiled our kitchen floor and fitting skirting boards. The walls in our house are not straight so he had a tough job to ensure a tidy tiling pattern. There were many tricky cuts for the skirting to account for steps and different levels but Max did a perfect job. Max worked tirelessly for long hours and had the job completed to an excellent standard and on time. He was professional, polite, punctual and kept his work space clean and tidy. I only wish other trades people were so efficient.

Jakob was asked for a quote to repair two wooden lintels above our two dormer windows in our old listed cottage. He took the time to give a full inspection by removing tiles and identifying the extent of the problem. From then on, communication with Jakob and Matty was excellent. They were punctual, friendly and went about their work with care and precision. They completed the job within a day and left the area clean and tidy. They even found some more faults with the roof which they fixed as part of the job at no extra cost. We therefore have no hesitation in recommending Smooth Roof Ltd to all our friends.

Really pleased with JPV Carpentry and the quality of work that they completed. Jacob was the first to respond to my posted job, offered to come over soon after and arrived promptly (doesn't sound like much, but others weren't so eager....) He offered a fair price and confirmed a start date that he stuck to. The work itself was completed to a really high standard and I couldn't have asked for more. I wouldn't hesitate to use again and would highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Kevin, an electrical handyman, to fix the pendants at my new house and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the service he provided. From the moment I reached out to Kevin, his professionalism and responsiveness were exceptional. He promptly scheduled an appointment and arrived punctually, ready to tackle the task at hand, and made adjustments to fit my schedule at times. One of the pendants proved to be challenging, needing extra parts and fixtures, he didn't hesitate to take the initiative and source them promptly, ensuring the pendant we chose to fit in our living room. His attention to detail and meticulous workmanship were evident throughout the entire process. Definitely recommend him, and I will be sure to reach him again in the future should the need arise.

Jay is, without doubt, the most helpful tradesman I've ever hired! He asked plenty of questions before providing a detailed, itemised written quote including areas where I could save money (for example by stripping wallpaper myself). He completely understood the quality of finish we wanted in the bedrooms within the context of our larger refurbishment project. His team were polite and tidy (given how messy plastering is of course!) and always prompt. The decorator he brought in to paint the newly skimmed walls was excellent and we're really pleased with the end result. Jay, on the other hand, apologised profusely for some minor glitches in the finish of the plaster and discounted his price as a goodwill gesture. We were so happy with his work that we swiftly used Jay and his team to skim and decorate another room in the house and will use them again when we get round to others! One of the best things about Jay was his willingness not only to recommend other tradesmen for other work we needed doing but to bring them in off his own bat where appropriate - super helpful and much more efficient.
