Rumen fitted an engineered wood floor in a bedroom. He did a professional job and completed it on time, for a very reasonable price. He gave helpful advice on what materials to get, and asked my advice on how I wanted the room to look, including figuring out a tricky bit around a metal fireplace! Rumen was friendly and organised and left the room tidy.

Anyone taking on building works for the first time know how scary the ordeal can be especially at the early stages. I would compare it to buying my first property in many regards. Satha was hugely helpful, professional is not kind enough. He clarified the cost of the process in a free initial consultation. Furthermore he clarified any extra cost involved before I committed and really helped me during a stressful investment into my home. His advice, site visit and continuous care helped my family a lot. He really broke down any communication with the local authority and building control in simple terms in a timely manner. Furthermore because of my situation, he takes extra care in giving instructions to my builders when I am confused by their suggestions. My loft conversion and structural internal alterations is going smoothly it would not have been possible without his support. At the price he offered, I am happy to say his services were a bargain and if I were to ever take on any planning or structural work again he would be my first call.

Absolutely superb! Fantastic job! Demolished the front wall of my home and reconstructing it in London Multi-Stock Brick. Looks brand new and in keeping with the brickwork of the house! Denis and his team were fantastic. Arrived before 8am start everyday, was incredibly polite and courteous and worked hard to deliver the job on time and on budget, whilst doing everything he could to ensure that the job was not disruptive to myself or my neighbours. He and his team did an excellent job in carrying out the task and completed the job exactly how he described. I've even had other builders comment on how good the job looks and how it's turned out! Would recommend Denis wholeheartedly to anyone looking to have a fantastic job done on their brickwork! 10 out of 10! Would instruct him in a heartbeat on other projects!
