  Very happy with the work. He lifted and relaid the existing paving, levelled everything properly and secured the borders. The difference between the before and after is excellent, and the whole job was completed neatly in just one day. Hardworking, reliable and left the area tidy. Would definitely recommend.

  Quick, professional, and did exactly what was needed. The handyman fixed the door hinge efficiently and made sure everything was properly aligned and secure. Communication was clear, arrived on time, and left the area tidy after the job. You can tell they know what they’re doing no unnecessary upselling, just a straightforward fix done well. Pricing was fair for the quality of work. Would definitely use again for small repairs around the house.

  Greg did an excellent job raking-out and re-mortaring two long and crumbling Victorian garden walls using lime mortar. His quote was very reasonable and he worked long hours every day in all weathers to complete the job on time, removing all the rubbish and cleaning the site. I would definitely recommend him.

  Excellent and highly recommended. Sushil and his team were simply excellent from start to finish. I felt like a tool a risk as Sushil was new to the mybuilder portal. It was a risk that paid off. I was very impressed from beginning to finish. Sushil came to quote and gave me a list of materials I needed. On arrival he and his team were quick to remove the tiles and the end of the day one, all the tiles were on and by the second day all the lead and cement work was completed. I would highly recommend Sushil and his team. In fact I have agreed a large schedule of work with him for other jobs!!!

  They were recommended by word of mouth and after many issues with past refurbishment companies, we were relieved to find Rafaela who offered outstanding quality and reliability. We needed to revamp our bars and they helped with colour palette and managed to complete the works within schedule, which was indeed very tight.   Big refurb of 1650 sq ft flat, plus building 2 additional ensuites. Initial quote seemed reasonable but then once in, costs started to rise exponentially. Some work was done well, like the building component and flooring, but finishing was poor. Painting, particularly of internal doors, was done poorly, without removal of fittings first, so lots of overpainting and insufficient prep and coats. Regrouting and redecoration of front and rear patios was done poorly, with weeds already poking through. There was damage to existing bathtubs and WCs by not protecting surfaces and pouring waste materials down the pan. Everything was an argument with constant demands for more money e.g. front door only painted one side as the other side not included under "paint door". Lots of "snagging" - I only have manual on/off control of heating and hot water as "smart" thermostat won't connect, there are odd water pressures through some fixings...and now there's a leak under one of the WCs...
