Andrew and his team were very professional, polite and hardworking. I changed my original requirements a few times which must have been rather annoying but he never made me feel awkward. They made a wonderful job of totally transforming my garden at a reasonable price and within the timescales discussed. Will certainly use him again and would thoroughly recommend him.

I wouldn't use James again. He completed most of the work on the day to timescale and seemed like a trustworthy person. However, we needed him to return to finish a section over the sink vanity unit which hadn't been fitted at the time. He kindly agreed to come back saying that he lived locally and it would only take him an hour one night. He even said to keep 20 quid back and pay him when he comes back. I don't operate like that and tend to trust people, so I paid him the lot, stupidly, and rounded it up with a small tip too, as you do. Anyway, despite trying to get hold of him for 2 weeks to come back, he's not answering his phone. We've been left with an unfinished project and will need to pay for a trustworthy tiler to come and finish the job! Disgusting and exactly the reason why MyBuilder is a good idea to show others what some tradesmen are really like. No doubt he'll blame me in his reply, like he did with the previous complaint. Beware.

I had a few tiles replaced around my bath, a new bath screen fitted and the sealant redone. The initial quote was £150 and I was then told (after the tiles had been removed from my wall) that it would be £210, as an extra two tiles needed to be fitted. The new tiles are not level or spaced evenly, the sealant was not smoothed out and came loose and the shower screen was not fitted properly. My main focus was just to have a watertight shower, so I accepted that I could re-do the sealant myself and that I could live with the uneven tiles, but I asked him to return to fit the last part of the shower door to the wall, as I am not comfortable drilling in to a tile myself. I have paid for this job to be done after all, and shouldn't be correcting it myself. I initially received an excuse saying the door I bought had bad reviews and that there were no parts left to fit. I sent a picture of the fitting instructions, showing that the final stages hadn't been completed, and a picture of the 'spare parts' he had left behind. I received another excuse that he had met somebody that day who coincidentally had bought the same shower door and recommended it was removed. I explained the panel was fine and needed to be fitted properly, per the instructions. I patiently waited a month and was promised on multiple occasions that he would return to do this, which did not happen. Each time a different excuse. I have now had to pay somebody else £50 to finish the job.

We hired Liam to complete the full job - he did a great job on the lounge diner and was brilliant communicating during that project. He was well priced and incredibly friendly, things were off to a great start. We had him booked in to plaster the 2 bedrooms late November, he postponed the work twice - both times having messaged the day before with 'reasons' he needed to delay. Then when we finally turned up mid December, he had a coffee, claimed to be going for supplies and then never returned! Since then he has not responded to any attempts to make contact, he's not given any explanation at all, just left us with 2 unplastered bedrooms days before Christmas! Definitely would not recommend.

Firstly I have to say the windows look fabulous. They have completely changed the look of the property. From the first initial contact they were really nice, David came out and talked through the options, he worked out the price for us which was very good compared to what we have had previously. We placed the order and within 24 hours we had a call from the office to book in a survey and an installation date. The surveyor came out on the appointed date, went though everything we wanted and measured up properly. We were booked in on a Wednesday for installation but Jordan gave us a call the week before to ask if it was possible to start a bit earlier on the Monday because they were ahead of schedule, we didn’t mind that at all. The installation itself took 2 1/2 days to complete. Chris and Ian the installers did a great job, made sure everywhere was clean and tidy before they left. They are a credit to the company. Overall a great job and we are looking forward to having the back done next.
