A truly dedicated and passionate craftsman. The end result was 100% brilliant. My house is old and was not easy to hang doors on but Tan didn't give up he, didn't even stop to eat or drink. He is a gem !!!!

John and his colleague Gary have been fantastic from the beginning to end. They were punctual, tidy and managed all the subcontractors well. On the odd occasion where something needed changing it was done without fuss. The invoices were clear and logical. We’d have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. They’re good people.

Juro and his team completed a total refurbishment of our house that included removing all internal walls, along with a double story side extension, a huge job involving lots of steels, re-roofing, new construction, new bathrooms and kitchen, new windows and rendering along with all the plumbing and electrical work and decoration. They did the most incredible job, working efficiently, adapting to any problems that came along and working really hard to create the best finish possible at the budget we had. Despite the pandemic arriving just after the demolition stage, they didn’t miss a day on site, and worked tirelessly to get materials to keep the project moving. Incredibly they still managed to finish the project on schedule and to a standard that was exceptional. Juro is honest and upfront, didn’t ever add costs or ‘unforeseeables’ and was an absolute joy to work with. He also stuck to a very clear payment schedule that was easy to follow and always meant we only paid when we were absolutely 100% happy. My only reservation in writing this review is that I would like to selfishly hang on to him and keep his schedule clear for future jobs with family and friends!

Luciano was hired to make and fit a solid oak timber door to replace a very old front door. The door supplied was exactly as I wanted it to be, made to a beautiful finish. He was professional from start to finish. I highly recommend him for any carpentry work that is required.

We had a great experience working with BS Loft Conversions on our L-shaped dormer loft conversion. Anxhelo was friendly, approachable and professional from the initial quote through to completion. We made a few changes as the build progressed, and he was always open to discussing options and finding sensible solutions. We found the original quote fair, and the additional items we added were also priced fairly. Anxhelo was generous with his time in offering advice on different aspects of the build, which we really appreciated. The team – Anxhelo, Klaidi, Henry and Jimmy – were on site consistently, worked hard, and are clearly experienced at what they do. At the end of each day, and at the end of each stage of the project, the site was always left very clean and well organised. Before choosing BS Lofts, we spoke to previous clients and heard positive feedback, which gave us confidence. Having now worked with them ourselves, we’re happy to recommend them to friends and family.
