  Peter is a lovely guy who was very professional. He installed a GRP enclosure for me and went above board to ensure he was able to get me the best deal possible hence saving me money for the GRP enclosure. Peter is a pleasant man who worked really well with UK Power network. He has excellent communications skills. His workmanship was great too.

  SFP responded promptly to fix the leaking/'broken' sink trap. It turned out that there were a few other related issues that I hadn't spotted. Not a problem for them they sorted everything , no quibble and went the extra mile to make sure everything was fixed. Quite, polite, professional,pleasant, and good value for money.   Job not done properly , on asking to come and check informed me that i had to look for some one else. Please be cautious. --Edited after his comments-- I am disappointed by the contractor's claim that he wasn't welcomed. I personally met him at the gate and allowed him to work undisturbed while I attended to my own tasks. We even offered him tea, which he declined in favor of finishing quickly. Regarding the work: he performed only the bare minimum and did not complete the tasks as requested. Furthermore, I offered him additional payment specifically to fix an issue he caused, which makes his comments even more surprising. The defect didn't 'appear' weeks later; it was present from day one. He claimed it would resolve itself over time, but it never did. It is unprofessional to blame a lack of 'greetings' when the real issue is the poor quality of the work

  WARNING DO NOT HIRE We have recently redone our whole flat and We asker Zachary to box in some pipe work, lay laminate floor, install skirtking boards and radiator cover and then paint wood work which ended up costing £2700 even though th quote was for much less we think he did this to get the job over the other quotes we received The standard of work was absolutely shocking and sadly we were away whilst he finishers and he pushed us into paying before we could see it claiming he needed it desperately (I know rookie mistake on our part) He claimed he sanded down the wood work but everything was rough to the touch and had old paint chips coming through. after hiring another tradman to Put it right they told me he had not even applied a top coat and had only painted with primer after emailing back and forth for weeks he after first denying our issues promised to come fix the issues however after pestering him for over a month this did not materialise and he didn’t get in contact with us. The laminate flooring is coming away from the walls and some of the joints are not clicked in place properly we are gutted we used him and not somewith more feedback We won’t be making that mistake ever again. The skirting board has huge bits of dried glue coming out on some of the edges honestly I don’t know how he could leave a job like this - some people have no shame! DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!   DBH Builders Ltd gave me a professional service from start to finish. The estimate was prompt, detailed and well presented. Work started as soon as it was agreed and proceeded through to completion with no delays. Everything was finished on time and to an excellent standard. It has been a pleasure to deal with such a competent and reliable team. Good communication, welcome help with the bureaucracy/ permissions and minimal disruption at the house.
