I hired Jason from EJSR company. He agreed a fixed fee of £80 to install a new extractor fan with me paying for the part separate which I was happy with. 10 mins before the job he send out someone else even though he agreed he would come himself. The guy he send out was not a qualified electrician he could not even find the isolation switch something which is basic and then left the property as the job was too complicated for him. Jason then message me back saying he can’t do the job, as he quoted for a replacement for the extractor fan not an installation therefore would require more money. This makes no sense as he give me a price over the phone for the installation and said I would need to cover parts which I was happy with. Not to mention his guy came 30 mins before the time we agreed when I had a tenant in the property working from home and made him aware of this. Jason Williams will say he is qualified and make out how amazing his work is over the phone but the truth is he did not even come down himself in person and his guy could not replace a simple extractor fan. Bad service like to rip people off. Make sure you get everything in writing and see their qualifications as they lie thought their teeth. Waste of time !

I r tiling and plasterers are not experienced as they said the work he did which wasn't alot was very poor. We had a surveyor come to see his work he said its not safe and very poor and it all needs to come down. He also said the joist aren't good and need to be reinforced which isn't true. The surveyor all said all the joist are strong and nothing is wrong with them. That's another lie he took all the money we had. He gave me a quote and then after he said no its more and we paid him more and he didn't do the jobs he was suppose to do that's the reason why we said for him to stop working because his work is very bad not because we didn't have the money the floorboards in the landing he gave me a quote for £600 and its even done properly its still very bad. The surveyor also said this company does not know how to do anything and that you need to tell mybuilder.com because he could do this to someone so be careful if you hire him

I had asked for my whole flat to be decorated and was given a Quote which I thought was fair, but it started late than my original date. The Decorator started on Monday 24/08/2020 from 8am to 1pm then Tuesday 25/08/2020 from 8am to 5pm, the Decorator only worked these hours for 2 days and then stopped. The room was not prepared for either painting or wallpapering, I had asked for the undercoat paint to go on first then for the Gloss paint to go on before Wallpaper but as a Customer was ignored then finally was charged £225 which I felt was over priced. I would not hire this person again nor will I use Mybuilder.com in any venture again. It’s a pity I cannot show photos I’ve actually taken myself on this Feedback section of my builder so that viewers can actually make up there own minds.

Job went smoothly, any mess was cleaned up using his own vacuum cleaner. He was very polite and the door was fitted very well. My wife was present as I was in hospital anyway she's was very satisfied with his work.
