I was very impressed with the workmanship from Ionut Breban! I was keen to have someone who knows what they are doing to plaster the 3 kitchen walls and get them ready for painting. It wasn’t a straightforward job as the walls were in bad shape and the crumbling old plaster needed to be scraped to the bare bricks! This caused me a bit of anxiety about how it would turn out! I take my hat off to Ionut and he rectified the problems with confidence! I look at the walls now and it brings a smile to my face! Thanks Ionut for the amazing transformation of my kitchen walls which are now ready for painting! I would highly recommend him to anyone who requires any plastering done! He is cheerful, knowledgeable and very helpful!

I engaged Edi to work on a full renovation and refurbishment of a 4 bedroom detached house with front and back gardens on Blackheath’s Cator Estate. Edi did an extensive amount of work, including stripping out; plumbing; plastering; windows installation; carpentry; and decoration. In addition, after commencing the property work, once the scaffold had been erected, following sensible advice, Edi and his team replaced the roof and fully insulated the attic; fitted additional electric points; rebuilt the garden patio; and replaced the flooring throughout, in addition to other important jobs including re rendering and pointing of chimneys, building new wardrobes in the main bedrooms; and upgrading the radiators. A new kitchen, and two new bathrooms have been fitted. The kitchen redesign meant knocking through a wall with the lounge to create a larger space. Edi is a highly skilled craftsman, who thinks creatively as he works to make best use of the space, including shelf fittings, and additional lighting for example. He has built some beautiful wardrobes, and the internal decorations have brightened up what was previously a rather shabby looking house. In addition to the above, I wish to commend Edi for his professionalism, courtesy, and passion for doing the best work possible. On all the site visits I attended, and every time I spoke with him on the phone, it was striking how much he cared about the work that he was doing, his desire to ensure that the house would look the best. I always left site visits with the feeling that he cared so much about the house that he could be safely relied on to give the best advice to enable us to make the right decisions. I also noticed that Edi and his team would take the upmost care to keep the property safe, tidy and in good shape throughout the project. He can be fully trusted to look after any site he works on. He is intelligent and careful when it comes to safety and security. It has been a pleasure for Edi and his team to work with us over a period of around 6 months, and he did so much to reduce the stress of a significant project so that we could always rely on him to work methodically, patiently and sensibly, and to make best use of the resources available. His pleasantness shines through, and everyone I know who has spoken to him has always provided me with the most positive feedback I have no hesitation in recommending Edi to anyone who wishes to engage him for future projects, and is most deserving of the good words that I and others that work with him have to say about him.

After months of planning every detail of my bathroom renovation, finding the right tiler was one of the most important decisions I made—and I couldn’t have chosen better. The workmanship throughout the project has been absolutely exceptional. The large-format porcelain tiles have been installed with incredible precision, and the porcelain mitre work is simply outstanding. Every edge is sharp, clean, and perfectly aligned, creating the seamless, luxury finish I was hoping for. The attention to detail in the mitres alone shows the level of skill and pride that has gone into this job. My bathroom includes a wet room area, floating wall-hung basin, wall-mounted brassware, and several challenging details that required careful planning and execution. Every element has been completed to an incredibly high standard. I cannot recommend John from Pacho Create Ltd highly enough. I'm a very particular client with high standards, I was impressed by his care, patience, and professionalism throughout. He clearly takes pride in delivering quality work and paid close attention to every detail. Living in a small flat, I was concerned about dust, but John proactively created a solution to minimise disruption, which I really appreciated. He also gave excellent advice on budget-friendly waterproofing products. We had a challenge with large-format tiles, but John worked closely with me to plan the layout, ensuring a natural, balanced finish. The workmanship is outstanding – minimal wastage, precise alignment, and superb attention to detail. I wouldn’t hesitate to use John again, in fact, I’m already planning to have him back to tile around my bath in the near future. I hired this builder for a tiling job and the experience has been very disappointing. Halfway through the work he increased the price, and I agreed to pay extra in good faith so the job could be completed to a proper standard. Unfortunately, the tiles were installed without removing the old tiles underneath, which meant they didn’t adhere properly and started peeling off soon after. When he returned to fix the issue, he used tape instead of carrying out a proper repair. The tiles are still coming away and the work is not acceptable. I’ve contacted him again to resolve it, but he has not responded. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend him. The work was poor, the fix was unprofessional, and communication has been unreliable.

I would highly recommend these guys. They did a very high quality job decorating my lounge, dining room, hallway and stairs. They started the job on time, worked through the weekend to get the job finished in good time, left the place clean and tidy at the end of every day, and cleaned up immaculately at the end of the job. The price was also very competitive compared with other quotes I received. I hope they are available again in a few months time when I have more decorating that needs to be done.
