I had previously worked as a Groundsman within my regular job for 5 years, I am now looking to work for myself in Gardening/Garden Maintenance full-time. 🪴MY WORK🌳 I can trim hedges/shrubs, strim weeds, cut branches and mow lawns with edging included within small to medium sized gardens, I always bag up all the garden waste and rubbish as I go along and sweep and tidy up everything before I leave. 🧽CLEANLINESS🧼 I keep all my tools clean and well maintained making sure that no diseases are spread to the plants, I have all the machinery and hand tools needed to help me work as efficiently and effectively as possible. 🍂GREEN WASTE REMOVAL🌱 Please be aware that I am only able to take a maximum of 3 garden waste bags, if you have a garden waste bin please ensure that it is collected beforehand. ⏰️MY AVAILABILITY🗓 My work hours are from 06:00am to 18:00pm, 7 days a week, though I can only start working with machinery at 08:00am. 💸NO HIDDEN CHARGE & MONEY SAVING OFFERS🤑 I will give you the full price before I start the work, once we have come to an agreement I will then start the work. I will never charge back the fees that mybuilder charge me for shortlist fees plus tax to my customer, my offer price you received on mybuilder is just a rough estimate which I have judged by your description along with any photos/videos you have uploaded. My estimates are non-binding (meaning that the final price is agreed upon once I have inspected the site in person) I do this because photos never tell the full story as actually being there in person! After I have completed a task for the first time (Lawn mowing, hedge trimming, Jet washing ect) I will charge half price on all jobs I did within a 6 month period (this does not include one off jobs like laying weed membrane, painting, handyman jobs ect). 👮🏼♂️PARKING PERMITS🧾 A parking permit is all that I require from you to be able to carry out the work requested. Therefore please register for a parking permit account with your local council if you haven't done so already, all you then need to do is order either a book of tradesperson permits or visitor permit (for shorter stays) If you are unable to provide me with a parking permit please let me know asap as I will need to look up where else I am able to park nearby. 🙏🏼MY GARANTEE🤞🏼 If for any reason you are unhappy with my work please let me know asap and I will try to fix/remedy it free of charge or offer a partial refund. 🏡LIABILITY INSURANCE For both our peace of mind I have liability insurance that covers damage to your property by up to £1,000,000! 🫱🏼🫲🏻MY CLIENTELE🫱🏼🫲🏾 Ideally I would prefer to have my customers come back to me, this way not only do I have regular jobs coming in but it would also build my customers confidence in my work.
